New boobies 5’7 22

I’ve always had small boobs and cold never dress how I wanted to . I have a vey curvy / athletic frame, and not having cleavage makes me feel like my silhouette is unattractive. I’ve been researching for 1 year or so to find the right doctor with the right budget. I’m so excited !! I’m nervous about going under anesthesia and the pain ... my surgery date is May 29!

Here are some of my before pics . My doctor recommended around 400cc-500cc high profile for my breasts. I’m not sure if high profile will achieve the look I’m going for . I really don’t want super fake looking breasts . I don’t want the top of my cleavage to be super defined or look like there’s two balls poking out from under my skin lol! Thoughts? Maybe I’ll ask about moderate profile ?

I got sized at 450cc! I originally chose 415 but the staff convinced me to go up one size since it will stink or look smaller once implanted ! And wow it’s big! The pain was bad the first day but manageable. I had my boyfriend help me in and out of bed . Now I feel better great and I can get out of bed myself . I can still feel pressure on my chest and my arms are still a bit sore . My implants are super swollen and too heavy at the moment . I can’t wait for them to fluff and look normal so I can get an idea what they will actually look like . I am a little concerned that one of nipples is pointed downwards currently ? I hope that’s normally .
