Great practitioners and great results, poor organization

I am happy with the results, I wanted a natural result and I really feel I got this. Dr Alexandrides and Zuzana offered everything I could hope for in terms of patient care and follow-up support. Dr Alexandrides has a very calming and professional manner, and I was offered a chaperone for appointments which I really appreciated as I was worried about feeling self-conscious.

Unfortunately, it's only 3 stars because the organisation at 111 Harley Street is really poor. My hospital was changed to one I had never been informed was an option when I originally agreed to the surgery, and was in an inconvenient location to get home from post-op, which added some stress to surgery day. Nobody told me about this change in hospital until the last-minute.

I was given incorrect and/or inconsistent timings for every single appointment pre and post-op. Even getting through to someone to book the first consultation was a hassle. Appointments often ran behind schedule. My first consultation was over 30 minutes late in starting and I was told we needed to be quicker to make the time back - a bit disappointing when I had committed a ~£250 fee for the consultation. I felt stressed / rushed by this and didn't get the confidence or clarity I needed out of the session.

Regardless, I like the results and my recovery was pretty easy. When I had doubts about what size to go for and recovery timelines etc. (due to rushed first consultation), I was offered another consultation to get this clarity - this made me go into the surgery feeling so much more confident, so I really appreciated it. The surgery experience was calm, the nurses and anaesthetists were extremely kind which made me feel good on the surgery day.

I'm not sure why the organisation is so bad - if a beauty salon can get appointment times and reminders right, why not a high-end plastic surgery clinic? If they can get this in order, it would be an easy 5 stars. Overall, on the basis that I really love the results, I would go with 111 Harley Street if I were to repeat everything.
