I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Shortt! As a health care professional I was beyond impressed with not only his knowledge but also his incredible bedside manner.

From my first appointment Dr. Shortt made me very relaxed and I felt I was given accurate information in order to make my decision to proceed with my breast augmentation that I had been wanting for a decade. His calm, professional, but humorous approach truly made me feel at ease.

When I has second guesses about the size of implant I had chosen, I was welcomed back into the clinic to meet with Dr. Shortt and review my choices once again. At this appointment he gladly assisted me with reviewing my decision so I was comfortable. This was not rushed and I didn't feel like I was a burden for coming in again, quite the opposite.

On my surgery day, everyone was relaxed but incredibly thorough with multiple checks which further reassured me before going under anesthesia.
