Update! A little over a year later.
WORTH IT
Love my boobs. They’re slightly bottoming out (not Altman’s fault at all, I think my body just didn’t react well in that regard, but even despite that I still love them lol. I will get them fixed soon but it’s honestly not something I’m rushing to do and you’ll see why in the photos - they still look great.

Still very happy!
I’m at the two month mark and my boobs have dropped and fluffed nicely. Very happy with them! Some days I wish I went bigger even though everyone who has seen them says they are plenty big enough lol.
It’s interesting because when I’m clothed you literally can’t tell at all however when I’m naked or in lingerie they look large. Maybe in 10 years when I’m done having kids I’ll get them bigger, however I am very satisfied with them!!! The doctor did a fabulous job!

Hey look amazing!! I'm scheduled to get mine done in April with a different surgeon, but I'm really thinking of switching. I've been following Dr Altman and his work is amazing.

I will say be very specific with the look you're going for, because if I could change one thing (my boobs are still changing everyday)- I would have my cleavage be closer together. As the swelling has gone down, they are not as close. They look good, but my personal preference is that they would be slightlyyy closer together. I have emailed the doctor about it already and interested to see what he says. But I think you're in great hands with him!

I reached out to his office for a consultation. Depending on how that goes, I may consider switching to him.
Hopefully things will settle more once the swelling goes down. But honestly they look great now.

I read on the last post that you are 5'10".Over the last 2.5 years a lot of times most taller ladies stated they can handle larger implants as the smaller ones get lost or swallowed up and don't look right on their larger frames.
Also a tip I've learned from having my BL/BA wear tight tops if you want to show off the size of your breasts! Baggie tops make them look small or lost.
Post a pic without pushing them together. You had a fairly large space (cleavage )to begin with so your PS may need to place a larger cc mod+ or possibly do a procedure and stitch/place implants medially below the areola/nipple. I think they look great as they are and you shouldn't mess with good results. Sometimes when you go messing with beautiful results trying to stride for perfection some ladies end up having revision after revision never reaching that end goal. Ultimately they should of left everything alone and they would of been ok from the start! I say enjoy those gorgeous results! It's cheaper and safer to accomplish the cleavage you seek with a push up bra. If revision sx goes wrong, it's permanent and will cost further money with emotional, physical and mental trauma. Just my thought. Good luck with whichever you chose but I think the answer is right in front of you already done! Thanks for sharing your review with us. If You Want Natural, Beautiful Results Go to Him!
I am ecstatic with my decision to get a breast augmentation with Dr. Altman. I had been following his work for the past 2 years and finally got it done last week. I was a 32 a and not happy with how flat I was. I am tall and thin and I didn't want huge breasts that would overwhelm me, just fuller than what I had.
I initially thought I wanted 325 ccs but I didn't even know about the concept of bwd - how surgeons measure your breast width to ensure you get an implant that is proportional to your body. My breast width is very narrow so I ended up going with 225 moderate plus ccs and they are the PERFECT size. I showed the doctor a picture of what I considered perfect breasts and he totally delivered. He has a great eye and he understood that I wanted a tasteful, natural looking result.
The healing process was very easy for me. I flew to Miami for the procedure and just stayed in my air bnb for most of my trip. I was able to walk around the next day and only took the pain meds twice.
I'm only 10 days post op but they're already looking great, I think it's because I went with a smaller size. I still have swelling but they're not up to my neck, I just have more dropping to go but I'm extremely pleased with the result already.
It's crazy how having boobs changes the entire frame of your body - I used to look pear shaped and they've made me look so much more proportioned and more like an hourglass. This is something I have wanted for as long as I can remember and to look in the mirror and see a body that I am content with is an indescribable, priceless feeling. I only wish I had done it sooner!
All of the girls that work at his office are super sweet, from Karina the surgical coordinator to all of the nurses. They all made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Altman is also really nice and you can tell he knows what he's doing, I am so happy I went with him!!

My story: I researched for two years, viewed hundreds of photos. I was specifically viewing woman with my body structure and general size and build (I am high-busted; trust me, it's unique and difficult to disguise, but I digress). Anyway, I decided 420ccs would be ideal. Well, when I awoke my surgeon had upped it to 500cc. (I also had a lipoplasty and an abdominoplasty). Cosmetic surgeons (good ones) are experts. Sure enough, I am now shaped like an extreme hourglass, which I am still getting used to after 13 years!
Why do you think they are bottoming out? They look so perfect!
