5’3 125 pounds , 42 Yr old mother of 2 , Natrelle Inspira SRM-310CC Round Allergan submuscular

I have always wanted breast implants and finally did it. My surgery was 6/26/2018.
I originally wanted either 385CC or 415CC silicone. My Dr. said my measurements were petite and I had a narrow frame and my breasts are narrow as well. He said during the procedure he was try those sizes with sizers but anything above 310CC looked like I had a shelf below my chin. I started with a natural 34A and am 42 years old 2 Kids and weight loss. I ended up going with Natrelle Inspira SRM-310 Allergan. I have had a lot of swelling and lot of pain. Mine were placed submuscular.

The day of surgery when Dr came in to mark me up, he said they were also going to do a slight lift, which I believe is part of the reason for extra pain, and not so smooth feeling suture line below breasts. Have included 2 pics of suture lines 4 days post op

I am liking the size so far even tho I wanted to go 385CC it even 405 CC, but during surgery when dr placed sizers in, he said it looked like I had a odd shelf appearance with anything larger than the 310 he gave me. I was worried I wasn’t gonna be happy but so far so good with 1 week post op. The pain of my muscles I suppose is the worse , I feel like my muscles don’t have the strength they did , I guess that will repair in time. I did order the implant stabilizer strap/band and should be arriving Thursday , dr office said that would be fine to do. My compression bra the dr office sent me home with said 34 inside so I ordered a 34 onlin and it came and fits like a regular bra not compression at all , very disappointed ????. I will go to maybe Kohl’s and check out the sports bras for a spare for now. I go to my two week check up July 10, so hoping I can start up some sort of exercising after that. I was a pretty active person before surgery so I feel out of sorts not being active.
