WORTH IT$8,100
So, I got my revision in august.
That means it’s been about six months!
I still tell everyone the horror story with my revision. That was a total nightmare. I could genuinely feel every single slice the scalpel made and I’m still so traumatized by it.
However, I’m looking so much better and I would be lying if I said I wasn’t happy with what I have, now!!

What is your height? I was considering same size and also have very similar breast anatomy to your pre-op.

Ended up getting a revision surgery

Pissed.
I had to pay $750 for them to give me barely any local anesthetic to subdue the pain during surgery.
I could feel the pain of my suRgeon slicing and expanding my pocket.
I’m not sure how long it takes for results to show but nothing looks different yet. I’m pretty devastated and traumatized, to say the least.

Depressed. Surgeon wants to charge me for his mistake.

Had a post op meeting with my surgeon about three days ago.
Just as I suspected, my left breast pocket that was created for my implant was not low enough.
So, currently it’s getting softer in its higher position and it’s not going anywhere.
This is a surgical error, yet my surgeon wants to charge me $750-900 for “medical supplies and such”
I’m f*cking pissed, honestly. Why should I pay for his mistake? It makes absolutely no sense to me.
I have no idea what to do.

Oh no! Wtf, why are you responsible for paying anything? What does he have to do to fix it? Can he use local or do you have to go back into surgery? So sorry, what a bummer.

Option 1: Suck up your pride and pay the amount. He is giving you a significant discount. Some of this (or all) may be going to the anesthesiologist, which cost he likely wants to pass on to you. 2) Hire a lawyer to write a threatening letter demanding a revision/correction
surgery for free. Or go to a new doctor.

This is a weird kind of rude comment. Why are you being so harsh with your “advice”?

Why should I pay a penny for a mistake my own surgeon made? Makes absolutely no sense.

I know :( it is suuuuch a bummer. I’m trying my best to get ahold of my surgeon to understand better and get a piece of mind.
He told me he plans on it being a minor procedure with only local anesthetic, but still quotes me at about $750. I really don’t get it. It was his mistake… and he should know this will result in a bad review. Like, is it really worth it for him? So weird to me.

Ugh, seriously think you need to calmly discuss with him about why he thinks it's fair to charge you and then go full Karen... That really sucks. Not only are you not satisfied (which obviously you shouldn't be) but also expected to pay for his mistake??? My scars are healing weird and literally holding my implant up-they're stuck on the scar tissue it's kinda lumpy and hard underneath the scars and my surgeon said if they don't correct them self (with massaging) then he'd fix it at no charge-and that's not even his fault-just my dumb body making too much scar tissue. Let me know how it goes-I'm rooting for you!
