I would suggest anyone to this surgeon and I will. I recently got a breast augmentation done by him and my results are beautiful. I had seen 2 other surgeons prior to him that told me I HAD to have a breast lift in order to proceed with surgery. I went to dr.weinrach and he simply told me that a lift was unnecessary for my case at the time and that if I wasn't happy with my enhancement results then it was always a option for the future...Why would you jump the gun and assume it's needed when there is a possibility it's not?...DUHH ?!?! Thank you...That was a total relief to hear and Way better idea in my opinion. I am 25 with no kids and did not want to go that route quite yet. I am 5 days and I am SO happy I didn't stick to the opinion of "needing a lift" and listening to these other money sucking surgeons because I think my results turned out amazing for now. They are everything I wanted and the process was so smooth and dr.weinrach made everything so relaxing and I know this man truly cares and loves what he does. He is quite the artist if you ask me. I felt so comfortable and relaxed every appt I had with him AND His whole staff. He gives realistic and straight forward information on what he thinks, suggests and how things are going to work. He answered all my questions at all hours of the day. He even emailed me back at 10:40 at night and answered my question I had the night before surgery. I had the first and best surgery experience and I can thank him big time for that. I am so happy!

You look fantastic, I know everyone is different, but you could tell from your before pics that you'd end up with a great result. They also look very natural.

This is helpful and gives me hope. I had two consultations where a full lift (anchor incision) was deemed absolutely necessary. I never agreed based on my desired look and what I read (I’m older and ok with some remaining droop so that I’ll look natural) and I finally found a doctor who shared my view. My only concern is he is leaning toward a smaller size than I think I should, could or would want to carry as I’m a not petite and my best diameter would allow for a pretty decent size. I’m thinking 350-450 and he thinks 300-315 or so may be best. We shall see. I hope my result is as natural as yours and no unsightly anchor or lollipop scars to boot!

Pain is getting better. I love them more and more. Hoping they don’t drop to much more ???? but I am also not going to fall into getting “boob greed” my surgeon says “they aren’t suppose to be twins there’s suppose to be sisters” which I’m also trying to keep in mind because one is looking better then the other to me ???? anyone that is thinking between a bigger and smaller size... GO BIGGER. so happy I did. Anyone that wasn’t to know my height I’m 5”11 150 pounds! Hope these posts help you guys out just like everyone else’s helped me!

Amazing that's what I am doing as well;) how much have they dropped and are you still happy with everything?/ any advice! I am going October my ap was cancelled due to Covid

My best advice I could give is to find the right surgeon, and trust them! It's not worth the excess over thinking and worrying! I am more then happy with my results and I spent way to much time worrying!! I'm sure everything will go great and I am SO happy I didn't listen to the other surgeons about requiring a lift. If you think about it, we can always make that decision down the road if we arnt happy with this method ! :) mine had dropped slightly and have gotten squisher pretty quick. It's been about 7 days and they look PERFECT to me. I'm trying to keep them in a bra as often as possible to keep them elevated while healing and to prevent dropping even more because they are right where I want them now. First 2-3 days was kinda knarly pain wise, but after that I felt all better almost over night. I will post more current pictures later so u can see most recent results!!!

Oh boy do I ! LOL my god, I lost so much sleep obsessing over this. Just saw your post with pictures. Your results are going to look great! Especially since your going bigger then I did! Yours look just like mine did naturally. I'm sure you will be very happy and surprised with how well they turn out. I know I was after all said and done.... keep everyone posted as well and good luck ! :)
