Things are going well
Things are going well since surgery. My nipple sensitivity is slowly decreasing and I have been able to sleep on my side. I was cleared for overhead exercise within reason as long as I don’t push through pain or discomfort. Every day is a little better and I’m feeling more and more like myself again.
Progress pics
Tomorrow marks 2 weeks since surgery. Yesterday was a “turn the corner” kind of day. I just felt GOOD! Was able to keep good, upright posture without feeling and chest tightness or pulling. My incisions weren’t as sensitive and my nipples weren’t AS painful.
10 Days post
It’s been 10 days and I am feeling more and more confident. Love my look and can’t wait for these things to soften up! Scars are a little sore still, nipples still feel very sensitive! Not sleeping great but its better! Can’t wait for the coming months of healing!
