I had my breast augmentation surgery with fat grafting on the 7th of October 2022 and I booked with Cosmeditour. They’re so easy to communicate with and they made sure that I got everything that I needed! They matched me with the perfect surgeon for me which is Dr Sepehr Lajevardi who is probably one of the most talented surgeon out there!! I felt zero to very minimal pain post surgery and I believe that it’s because of Dr Lajevardi’s amazing techniques! On Day 5 post op I was able to stop all of my strong pain medications and was only taking maximum of 2 small tablets per day, hence I didn’t get constipation which is a super common side effect and complaint when taking opioids. From my consultation with Dr Lajevardi until the day of the surgery, everything has been so smooth and so hassle free. I am more than 6 weeks post op today and I am loving my results!! Dr Lajevardi definitely exceeded my expectations!! He is a Boob God!! The thing that I was so anxious about the most prior to getting my surgery was having the wrong size or proportion. I want the most natural look but with full boobs that will enhance my curves. I told Dr Lajevardi about this and he did not disappoint. I also had a look at the tags of the girls whose BA were done by Dr Lajevardi on Instagram, and I noticed that good proportion and natural look are his forte!! He ticked all of the boxes on the list of things that I want for my surgery and plus, he gave me the most perfect cleavage with the fat graft - I have no fat on my chest, you can almost see my ribs!! It’s also crazy to think how he was able to fit 400cc and 375cc into such tiny incisions, I think mine is max 3cm! It’s unnoticeable when I wear Vneck tops or even bikinis as they are well hidden under the crease. I highly recommend booking your breast augmentation with Dr. Lajevardi in Sydney!!
