6 weeks update.
The bra is off. Yay. Doctor is happy with their recovery and I've been given the all clear to start exercising like normal. As a fitness instructor that was a great Christmas present. They are still quite hard. Doc said that is normal and can take months up to 2 years to fully soften. I went bra shopping and I am a 10 DD. So happy with my new boobs.
Happy 4 week birthday.
Everyday is a tiny bit better. Morning boob is slowly getting better. Sleeping on my side is ok sometimes. Leaning over still is uncomfortable and hurts a little. What is annoying me and I haven't seen anyone mention is the tightness under the boob where the boob finishes and the abs start. Under my right boob is where I feel it. If I stand up straight or even lean a little back it stretches and hurts badly. I'll talk to my PS in 2 weeks about but hopefully it goes before then.
3 weeks Post Op
I've got back into the gym. Only walking or sitting in a reclined bike. Feel more myself. Can't do my usual workout and have been struggled like I was new to exercising but I'm there. Boobs are still hard. Still wake up with morning boob. They are looking less swollen and more round. I think I have may have gone too big. I was so worried I was going to be disappointed I think I over compersated. Don't get me wrong. I love how they look in clothes but I'm overwhelmed when I see myself naked.
