MOTIVA ERGONOMIX DEMI 265cc&285cc

Recently moved to Korea and thought, why not get a breast augmentation. Did some research online and found NaNa Hospital. I chose NaNa since they had many good reviews online regarding BA and have an English team helping you with communication. couldn’t risk having a bad boobjob just because of miscommunication. I consulted with Jasmine about my options and she and Dr. Yang Eun Jin helped me find the suitable implant for my body. I wanted a really natural look so I told the doctor that I didn’t want them too big. For reference I’m southeast asian 5’0 , my weight is 90lbs give and take and I’m a flat chested A cup girl. I tried feeling different implants from like mentor, Sebbin and Motiva. However I liked the feeling of the Sebbin integrity most but the smallest size would have been 275cc which is too big for me so we opted for the Motiva ERGONOMIX Demi 245cc. Price wise I was told that Sebbin integrity would have been 12mio KRW and Motiva cost slightly more. My surgery was scheduled the next day since I wanted to get it done as soon as possible. After going home I read online that many people had “boob greed” after going too small so I decided to go with the slightly bigger implant 265cc under the muscle and incision under my boobs. Since my breasts are not even I got 265cc on one side and 285cc on the other. I was still kinda scared that they would be too big but heard that once they drop they will be smaller too.

During my BA journey I was always accompanied by English speaking staff which made it all a lot easier and less stressful. There was also someone by my side during the actual surgery to help me understand the situation. The last thing I remember was going into the surgery room and next thing I know I woke up in my hospital room with new breasts. After resting at NaNas for 2 hours I decided to go home since I didn’t feel that much pain anyway. I could have stayed the night but I prefer my own bed more.

When I first decided to get BA I read online about all the painful stories and how the first 3 days post op are the most painful ones. I prepared myself mentally for the pain but to my surprise it wasn’t that painful. More like uncomfortable, like you’re sore from working out too much. The first 2 days I mainly stayed home and didn’t do much but rest. I didn’t have any problems with sleeping either since I always sleep on my back anyway. People who sleep on their stomach or sides will have a little more problems than me. Third day was the most “sore” one I guess but not to the point where I couldn’t do much. I still went out to eat and also washed my own hair and took a shower by myself. Maybe it’s because I didn’t get the incision under my arm that’s why my post up wasn’t that painful. Probably also because I was in good hands and the doctor did an amazing job. All in all I would say the pain was a 3-4 maybe.

Post care wise I would say I was pretty lazy. I didn’t do much to help with the swelling except wearing my surgical bra 24/7. Then again NaNa already did some post care work for me by using some kind of light machine to help with the de-swelling. The swelling on day one was the worst after that you could see that it went down day after day. From time to time I would feel a bit of tightness in my breast but other than that it was pretty good. My friend was even surprised that I didnt feel that much pain. She was prepared to be my maid since she expected me to be in bed the whole time

I’m now 5weeks post op and my breasts are still dropping. They don’t feel that stiff anymore but far from soft. I don’t know if I like them yet since they are still pretty big in my eyes but healing takes 6-12month so I will just wait and see. Can’t blame anyone but myself if they end up being too big since I made that last minute change myself.

Something I want to tell anyone who is thinking about getting BA. Best to get them done during hoodie season since you will be walking around with that surgical bra for quite some time. Also, Do your research properly. Since I only researched on western social media website I got influenced by their “too small” which on Asian social media platforms is considered big or natural for small petite Asian bodies. WHICH only I found out later but well. And for people who are too scared of getting BA because of the pain, you don’t really need to BUT if you decide to get them done in Korea AND are scared of pain better bring some painkillers from where you’re from since the painkillers in Korea so I’ve heard are not as strong as the US or Europe.
