One Month Away from BA Surgery!
WORTH IT$6,931
This is my first breast augmentation. I feel like this journey has been a long one for me but I’m so glad I waited and took my time meeting with different surgeons. I asked every question I could think of and with much research, I decided on the doctor that made me feel safe and most comfortable. I’m a month out before surgery and I feel confident about my choice! I decided on 450cc, moderate plus, over the muscle, under boob incision. There are so many reasons why I picked these specs. Anyone has any questions I’m here for it! And if there is anything our seasoned BA veterans can help me with let me know (: I wonder what recovery will be like for me. i.e.: Pain, sleep, clothes, working out, and having sex! Haha please help! Thanks in advance.

Day of surgery for breast augmentation 450cc over muscles
I had my breast augmentation surgery today for 450ccs, over the muscle. I’m 5”2 and 125lbs 3/18/21. I got called the day before to let me know what time the surgery would be (6 am). I never felt nervous I was ready to get it done with. My only concern was the anesthesia and making sure I had a great surgeon and team. The results: I got the best and upmost care today. I’m so grateful.
My throat is mostly the part bothering me, and I’m a little bloated which is expected, but my new boobies feel great. Of course a little pressure but I’m staying ahead of the pain by taking my meds and walking around to get my blood moving and circulating.
I am very small in frame so I thought 450ccs would be more than enough but honestly they look a little small right now. I hope when they “drop and fluff” they will bet bigger. I’ll keeping updating here to document what happens next.
Thank you for the support!

10 days post
450cc mod plus Mentors, over the muscle, inframammary incision, 29yr 5”2 125lbs, no kids
I’m approximately a week and a few days after my surgery and I drove for the first time yesterday. I’m feeling better and better everyday. I was only prescribed antibiotics and painkillers for recovery.
It took a shower after 48 hours and I needed help with the first one. I was able to do it by myself after that. It took me 3-4 days to feel good enough to move around for longer than a few moments at a time. I didn’t take pain killers after the first three days. I was able to lift my hands above my head without pain after 5 days.
My poor body was really swollen for 5 days! I finally started feeling like my body was back at day 6. I had mild constipation but I knew that would happen so I got detox teas and mild laxatives so that didn’t last more than two days.
My boobs... incredible. They don’t hurt and they look amazing! I’m they’re only going to get better from here when they settle. They were up to my clavicle the first few days but they’re settling in and my body is welcoming them home haha!
Other than that recovery has been lovely. I took off two weeks from work and I’ve been loving every minute of it.
Hope this helps!

They look so good I was concerned about doing over the muscle I have no breast tissue but yours look amazing and I don’t see any rippling or anything

Thank you so much for saying that (: I totally know what you mean! I was concerned about rippling too and the “fake boob look” so that’s why I went with 450cc instead of bigger. But the real secret to getting good boobs is to find a good surgeon! Someone who makes you instantly feel comfortable and heard. A lot of surgeons I went to tried to change my mind or do it their way without caring about my reasons but a good doctor can do it ALL the ways. A confident surgeon is so important. My surgeon was on the same page as me and helped me find exactly the look and size I was going for while keeping in mind my anatomy and my lifestyle. There are so many good reasons to go over the muscle!
