MOMMY 350 HP+ Sientra Highly Cohesive (Gummy Bear) LONG DETAILED POST

Pain all gone now

WORTH IT$6,500
The pain is all gone but i’m feeling so sore under my areola. I had to get out of the post op bra and get into a sports bra. One week post op I met with my doctor and he said everything was looking fabulous. I didn’t feel that way tho lol. He removed the steristrips and said I was able to begin massaging. I’ve been massaging and idk if it’s just me or the time is showing my boobs are slowly softening up. I know they’re not in place yet to be dropped but they do look like they’re not hard hacky sacks on my chest. I thought i was going crazy around my 8th day because i thought my implants were rolling closer together and i’d end up with a uniboob. I googled what was going on and I shouldn’t have because i got crazier lol. I think it was just my sternum healing because it was sore. I’m able to carry my 7month old baby and I was able to carry my 3yr old on the kitchen counter too! I know I can do lower body exercises because squatting and leg lifts aren’t a problem. But the moment I start doing lots of chest/arm/an movements I feel my implants hardening up so i quit. I’m so excited with how this all is. I threw out so much of my old clothes so I can buy new clothes with my new body. I’ll try to update weekly.
Note to all with kids and your husband- even though i cleaned the hell out of my house a week before surgery to the day before surgery, it took my family and husband two days to ruin it all! lol I want to update more on here but i’m cleaning up more mess than before ay yayai.

1 day post op

Today my boobs feel so hard and are still so high! I really didn’t want to have huge boobs! i just wanted to have softer curves and right now i feel like Jessica Rabbit. I know it’s 1 day post op but i still don’t feel comfortable with the new girls. I also had to call my doctors office because my compression bra has dried blood on it and I was worried to pull off the steri strip if i removed my bra for a shower. They advised I moisten my bra and peel it off gently so i wouldn’t pull the strips off. I’m able to walk to the bathroom but i walk with a hunch! Does anyone feel like this?? I’m sleeping with the back support pillow and several pillows under my legs but i still can’t sleep well at night. I have a difficult time getting up out of bed but i figured a technique of rolling to my side and using my abs to lift my upper body up. My arms are stuck in a t. rex position still! I can’t move them much but i try to do some movement with them to get some movement in my muscles.

You are 1 day post op. It does get better. Your girls will soften and drop and should look and feel much more natural.
I've noticed a difference since my surgery 12/17/2019.
Good luck and be patient.
Thank you so much!! I’m about 16 days post op and i do notice they’re softening up slowly. I’m still sore below my areola n my nipples r so sensitive! i can’t wait for the discomfort to pass
You’re doing great! The first couple days post-op are the hardest.

The best boob job advice I’ve heard is “In 6 days, you’ll hate them. In 6 weeks, you’ll like them. In 6 months, you’ll LOVE them.” I’m 7 months post-op and I LOVE my 350cc. They’re just the right size. (32A to a 32/34C and slender framed) Honestly, I could have gone up to 400 and still would have been fine. I know they feel like they’re at your chin right now, but I promise they drop!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the quote :) I agree with you i feel like i’ve gotten the right size and profile but i would be okay if i went up 50ccs more. I never had boobs really even when i breast fed they went up just a cup size. I’m waiting so much for the girls to drop n fluff lol!!!

MOMMY 350 HP+ Sientra Highly Cohesive (Gummy Bear) LONG DETAILED POST

Since as long ago as i can remember i’ve dealt with being flat chested. My sisters all have D+ and my cousins all had similar sizes. I think i was just unlucky w boobs. i found dr Kadz through IG and let me tell you from the moment I booked my surgery, to the preop, payment, and surgery and post-op, he, his staff and anesthesiologist were HANDS DOWN so warm, accommodating and very patient with me!

I’m a mother of 4+ kids, i’ve nursed them all. After not having boobs to nursing them multiple times my boobs looked sad after each child. I did my research and looked at different surgeons. There were very high priced ones, and the low priced ones. I met with like 4 different surgeons and Dr Kadz overall was the best. I live in LA and idk what’s wrong with some of the office staff at the diff plastic surgery locations i went to?? Some of the staff were pretentious and the drs bedside manner were a big negative. they seemed like they had other more important patients they’d rather spend time with. When I booked with Dr Kadz his front office staff were so nice and helpful. I met with Alycia whose personality is amazing! I also spoke with Jillian who helped me when Alycia wasn’t available. After finally deciding to go with Dr Kadz the ladies walked me through different sizes and types of implants. they gave me their input and were honest with what i wanted. I’m 5’5” 125lbs so i stressed so much how i DO NOT WANT STRIPPER LOOKing boobies. I said i wanted to just feel more womanly with soft curves and something sexy to look good in when I go to date nights or Vegas with my husband :-) I said i wanted 300CC low profile and Alycia talked me out of it immediately. She said go with 350 high profile gummy bears. She said for my body type i’d come out with a mid-full C cup. I trusted her and went with it. Did you know Sientra has a 20 yr warranty!
*******PRE-OP*********
The date i booked my surgery date i made sure to clean the house and make it as organized as possible. I also did a purge of my clothes i knew will not look good on me after i get my surgery. I made sure to fill my prescription and purchased a sit-up pillow off of amazon for like $30. I also bought arnica 30 pills which i started taking 2 pills 3xs a day about a week before my surgery. I made sure i had spout water bottles and gatorade. My youngest is 7months and my eldest is 9. My biggest concern is my husband goes back to work after a week and i have my 4 other kids to take to school n their practices. It would require me to carry my baby in n out of his car seat. The Dr assured me i’ll be ok to take him in and out the car seat after a week and to not carry him long until after 3 weeks. The night before surgery i made sure to wash my hair very well. I also bought some hibiclens and washed my armpits and boobs the night before and the morning before i left to the surgery.

****** SURGERY TODAY********
I had my surgery today. it’s about 10hrs post op. I had my surgery scheduled at 830am and was told not to eat or drink after midnite. my husband stayed home with the kids so i had to take an UBER to the office. My sis in law picked me up after the surgery. I felt so nauseous after surgery from the anesthesia but it went away when the nurse gave me zofram. What everyone says is true after surgery- my chest feels so tight! it also feels as if i went rowing from Hawaii to California bc my upper arms hurt so much. I’ve been taking keflex and percocet for the pain and it’s been so helpful.

I’ve read so many RS posts on breast augmentation and i can’t say how helpful they’ve all been! I wanted to do my part and help other women, especially mommies who are considering this surgery to go ahead and do it.

I’ll keep posting my post op and will post some pics of my boobs as they progress.
