I’m beyond thankful I found Dr.Rahban and his amazing staff! His staff is some of the best group of women ever from Sally, Erika, & all the beautiful receptionists made my process of getting an consultation, appointment booked, & pre-op, & post-op cleaning taking care of with a breeze!
I pray this review helps someone because they completely changed my outlook on life and gave me back the confidence I’ve long been awaiting after having a horrible breast lift and augmentation surgery in 2018 with a different “Famous” well-known surgeon that was too busy to care for each of his patients. My first “Famous” doctor left me with breast implants that were too huge for my chest wall, uneven, damaged muscle from not placing the implant properly, ugly thick scars from not closing incisions properly, & a ton of scar tissue from no drainage after surgery. As you can imagine my breast was hard, looked swollen, & the implants were plugging out my upper chest awkwardly & most importantly I was in a lot of pain for 4 years.
Whenever you’re having surgery it’s so important to do a ton of research, because this is your body and you only get one. Please Don’t just follow the “HYPE” like me, but find a good quality plastic surgeon like Dr.Rahban that has integrity and will care about you. From my consultation, I knew Dr.Rahban was the doctor for me to help with my breast revision. I was terrified to even think of having surgery again(that’s why I waited so long), because of the traumatizing experience I had with my last doctor. But after talking with Dr.Rahban he educated me about my condition from the start. He didn’t try to just sell me with some fancy words and sugarcoat it. But he gave me all the facts on what he could do to help me. I remember leaving his office that day and I felt so relieved that I cried and I didn’t have any questions left to ask him because he told me everything from start to finish. Like Wow!! Most doctors would’ve never been that honest with you. A lot of surgeons could learn a lot from him because he’s a genius and a master of his craftsmanship.
Surgery day I was so nervous, but I knew I was in some of the best hands. Even the surgery center had some of the most awesome people you’ll ever meet from the receptionist, the nurse, & Dr.Houston the anesthesiologist. They all made me feel so comfortable. It was like being at a 5-star hotel. By the time Dr.Rahban came into the room, I was comfortable and we talked and laughed. He completely rested any nervousness that I had and I was so ready to get these breasts corrected. After getting in the surgery room they made sure I was so comfortable and I was off to sleep within minutes. When I woke up I had a very nice nurse taking care of me in a hospital bed (not a chair like the other doctor)! After a few minutes, I was able to get up and go home with my husband.
After surgery, I wasn’t in any pain and after a few days, I didn’t even need my pain medicine anymore. I couldn’t even believe how much better I instantly was feeling after surgery! I can’t stress enough how much Dr.Rahban cares about his patients and I’ve been to his office three times in the last two weeks to see him and his amazing staff to make sure everything was healing nicely! I’m healing better than I ever thought and my husband is even impressed by how perfect my new breast look which is a huge plus. The scars are so seamlessly they’re the closest thing to not having any scars at all. Being an African American woman I thought I was just prone to thick scarring and keloids, but with Dr.Rahan that’s the total opposite. My scars are so minimal it’s unbelievable. My breast sits perfectly on my chest wall now and looks natural. I’m so lucky I found Dr.Rahban and he was worth every single penny. My only regret is that I didn’t go to him first and I didn’t find him sooner! Please if you’re second-guessing going this him... Don’t! You’ll be impressed like me with your results and properly taking care of like you deserve.
