Looks like you develop capsular contracture. Are they hard? Have you contacted the doctor? This happened to one of my boobs, I have to get a revision

I also have ultra high profile implants and mine looked just like yours for months then they dropped to a more natural looking position. You will have excellent cleavage like me

Another way to do “massage” is to lie on your stomach on carpet. It feels weird until you get used to it, but definitely an easy way to “massage”

I also agree that this does not look right, the implants are too high. If the implants were lower you would have more projection of your natural breasts. Maybe consider getting a second opinion.
I have had 3 breast augmentations over 35 years, no implants now, just the damage remains.

I only had one set, for about 12 years. Has them removed about 5 years ago. The damage isn’t too bad for me, but I do wish I would have thought about potentially having them removed one day when I was researching getting them done. I probably wouldn’t have gotten them. I did enjoy them while I had them, but if I had to do it again, I probably wouldn’t have.

It's common for them to set high the first 4mos. Keep massaging them and I recommend a band at night while you sleep. They will fall into place! If they still look like that 6-12mos post surgery, then I'd be concerned but you are totally still in the very early stages where everything is stretching out. Hang in there!!
