Since month 2 the change to me is not drastic. Resumed all normal activities and the boobs softened maybe another 20% more but not much. The position dropped a bit more so now it’s natural.
Besides the scar and when laying down it’s almost not possible to tell that they are not real.

Everything is going great. Bottom pole is softer than the top but overall very satisfied.
Resuming all activities like running etc. except upper body workouts
Still wearing bra until month 3

Mentor Mod+ Xtra MemoryGel Smooth for an Active Person
This review is going to be straightforward as I found those more helpful when going through this process.
- Stats:
Asian
29 yo
5'7 (170cm)
130 lbs (59kg)
34B before BA
Breast width: 13
Wanted cleavage but SOFT & natural feel
- Implants:
Went with Mentor Mod+ Xtra MemoryGel Smooth 12.6 width 370cc each side.
Smooth because I think that is softer than others and seems to have lower health risks BUT the smooth implants seem to bottom out more based on my anecdotal research on this site. So make sure you communicate this well with your surgeon and they have good skills.
Mod+ because that seems to be the best combination for a "natural" look if I want to but will not look deflated in anyway. I did not want the side boobs because I think the extra width would make me look fat in clothes.
- Week before the operation day:
Stopped smoking & alcohol for the past week
Went for 4-5 runs to get my max exercise in knowing that I will be in bed for a bit
Frantically searching for posts here and watched so many videos of BA
- Day of the operation day:
Easy, was put out and woke up with boobs. Chest felt tight and hard to breath. In fact I could take a full breath without thinking that they would pop my veins or something. Stayed in bed at the clinic for 2 hours and had some food and then went home.
- Day 1 to Day 4 Post Op: stayed in bed & no sports
In bed the whole time, only went out to get food. Held my boobs when riding in cars because of potholes...
Boobs are really square on the top and nipples are quite down. Was worried if nipples will move up and it fact it will, so don't worry mi ladies. Boobs are rock hard on the top and slightly soft on the bottom (prob my natural fat)
Getting up was extremely hard especially I live alone. Especially day 1 Post Ops. I found it helpful to hold on to the blanket which is tucked in and pull myself up...
Only took narcotics for 3 days instead of the prescribes ones because the pain is really not bad, the discomfort is real though. Took antibiotics for a full week as required.
Cannot really lift my hands above my shoulders so showers are a bit tough...
- Day 5 - 7 Post Op
Started to feel soft, visually not much change besides that the swelling came down a bit.
Went to the gym and rode on the stationary bike for 20 mins, made sure it's low intensity and heart rate below 120 (Resting heart rate usually 60)
Day 7 check up and removed my stitches (cut the strings hanging outside). All is good.
- Week 2 Post Op
Traveled overseas but luckily had someone to carry my luggage so didn't lift anything over 10 lbs. There are times when opening a door felt like i might have used too much strength though.
Boobs started to get better looking, nipples moved up a bit more. Swelling continued to go down.
Had alcohol and resumed the occasional vaping
Went for walks and hikes and actually went outside for a smooth 30 mins bike ride but again the pavement is really nice and i did not use my arms / shoulder much at all (Think: when you ride a bike only with your legs and just resting your arms on the bike). Heart rate under 130/140 for all these activities
- Week 3 Post Op
Traveled this week and unfortunately had to carry my own luggage & bag so it didn't feel super safe. I would avoid it if i can today.
Started to go on actual hikes. Heart rate 140, i probably went for 3 this week
At the end of W3 the boobs feels so much softer everyday and fluffed up. Looks really good.
Right is slightly different from the left but I think 1. i use right arm / chest much much more and 2. the nipple position already are a bit different pre BA so can't do much there
Had seggs and took my bra off occasionally
Started using scargel and strips
- Week 4 Post Op
So much softer. Very squeezable especially from the bottom / sides. Top pole is still a bit hard though
Walking / hiking pretty much every day that week also (pre BA level)
Nipples are still a bit more low than I wanted (ideally 50 50 upper to lower pole ratio for me, and now it's about 60 40) but not worried as I think it changes more in the next 2 months or so
I am 30 days post op and feel great. I plan to do scuba diving after week 5 Post Op (within 30m depth / 100 ft depth). and go back to running / more intense cardio week 6. Will check with the Doctor to see when I can go back to upper body strength workout so can post if anyone is curious.
Generally I think slight movement and walking helped a lot for my recovery but again it depends on your own understanding of your body and your doctor's assessment.
