Breast augmentation from Mentor 250cc to Nagor Impleo 360cc

Hi, I decided to write this review because I notice many doctors are replying there is little difference between feel of brands between implants. I should know because I started out without any breast tissue at all (70AA, flat as a board) and started out with 250cc mentor moderate round textured cohesive I (11,5 diameter and 3,3 cm projection). Very firm to the touch!!! Definitately no capsular contraction, this is just how they feel without pre-extisting breast tissue. I am 1.67cm and weigh 51 kilo’s. No kids, no sagging, pretty decent skin, age 46 now. Not skin and bones but I guess narrow build or weight more towards the bottom??? I’m not sure. People say I’m not super skinny but small boned, so maybe that’s it. 250cc didn’t do much for me. I was completely flat and too scared to go bigger because of looking fake. 250 took me just to a B cup (my ps actually warned me they would be very small but I wouldn’t listen :( Still had to wear padded bra’s to see anything in clothing. Bikini’s also still had to be padded to see anything at all. Even my dear loving parents were wondering where the new boobs were ???? 2 years later I switched to 360 nagor impleo textured round (my doctor said these would feel totally different and they are 100% filled, so very little rippling). I went for it.Let met tell you, these really feel completely different. So much softer and only slight rippling at the sides when bending over. I also had this with the 250cc mentor. Even my husband (easy going and thinks I look and feel great no matter what and sees hardly any difference in my appearance after waking up and showering and make-up routine ;) ) said the Nagor Impleo’s feels so much better. So much softer without feelings shell and edges. Without breast tissue I can hardly feel the edges now ( Felt all the edges with mentor! ). The weird thing is all doctors (including mine) are saying go up at least 100cc to see a good difference. Well, so I did. From 250cc to 360cc. 250 very small and barely noticable and 360 on the large side. What the heck???!!!!! I measure a small C but fit every bra in 70D (no padding).We don’t have Victoria Secret where I live so this is bases on brands such as Marie Jo, Simone Perele, Chantelle. Whatever, in every store I’m a 32 d or 70d.
How strange, right? The difference is huge and if I could turn back time I would have gone for Nagor Impleo 300 moderate. I now have Nagor moderate 360 (diameter 12,3 and projection 4,4cm). Even though they are slighty too big I think they look nice. They feel great and there is no way I will undergo another surgery to downsize 60cc. Too much risk but really I should have followed my guts and known 360 would be pretty big even though 250 was tiny. I realize I am contradicting lot of info all docs are saying (including my own doc who is pretty good) but at the same time my story might help you. Do realize I live in Europe and here we are a bit more conservative with breast augmentation sizes than most parts in the US.
