Its been a few years, im still in love. I saw my before pics recently and cringed at the sight. I am so glad I took the plunge and had these bad boys installed! Theyre looking great. Scars around my nipples and under the breasts are barely noticeable.

Every day for the past three months I have woken up, released my new boobs from their prison that is my bra, and stared in awe that they are actually mine. At 3mpo I think the final result has arrived and I couldn't be happier. I feel really lucky to have had such an amazing surgeon because I'm certain that not just anyone could have delivered the results I was after. Riaz told me at our initial consultation that I had a complicated vision. Agreeably, my expectations were high but I had every faith that he could deliver. The man has more qualifications than I do new bras ;) and is helping other surgeons with frequent seminars and such, so ofcourse he delivered! Not only have I got the best boobs I could have dreamed of, but the aftercare recieved has been out of this world. Surgery was the easy part, it's the months after of wonder and worry that was the hardest. While I knew things could go wrong, I never ever worried that I wouldn't be able to resolve any issues that could arise. Riaz was with me the whole way. Replying to my emails in the middle of the night, phoning me when I needed to talk to him about my meds, and showing genuine interest in my results. It's obvious that this isn't just a job for Dr Agha, this is his life. I didnt realise how important aftercare would be, until seeing many horror stories from other surgeons patients. I'm so glad I chose Dr Agha and his team. If you're looking for first class service, with someone to stand beside you right up to and after you're healed, please choose this one! He really is the best.

Riaz is very good at what he does. I knew from our first meeting that this is his passion, and that I would be in very good hands. He took all of my concerns and desires on board and even though I had a complicated vision, he delivered results better than I could have hoped for. I am now 9 days post op and am happier than I have ever been with my breasts. I'm literally obsessed with them. I had a consult with another surgeon who said I needed a full breast lift, but Riaz was able to get the results I desired with only a crescent mastopexy. Meaning I will have much less scarring and my recovery will be quicker. I haven't seen my incisions yet, but as there has been minimal bleeding I think they are healing good under my dressings.
