Breast augmentation and liposuction

This is one of the few reviews I do with so much positive emotions and love. This review however is mainly for Dr. Gurai and his team. Thank you all for making woman's like me feel so happy. This journey was full of emotions for me in any aspect. How did I choose Dr. Gurai - honestly - this was the first doctor and I didn't search for another, it come as an AD at google search from the web I saw his profile in RealSelf and for me that was probably 60% of my decision, then I was in contact with Doygu (my coordinator) we discuss what I wanted, send a pictures and within a day I received confirmation from the doctor with the price. Apologies I do prefer to not share the price as I believe this is something personal, at that point I was on my 80% of my decision. we scheduled a date and I send the deposit. Honestly as you can see from my reviews feelings was so messy, I was excited and same time anxious. single mother of two decided to go in another country to make a surgery with a doctor I have never seeing......, Doygu was there for me in all the time, I was sending messages for anything and she was so patience with me in all the time. Thank you Doygu so much for all your support and helping me with my sister.  On arrival, my driver was there waiting for me, I was collected with a nice new Mercedes Vito, my driver didn't speak English but he was so friendly that made my journey to the hotel with lots of fun, we use google translator tough.  I arrived in a nice, clean and very friendly hotel. Staff was always make the best to ensure that we feel good, my sister has arrived earlier that day too. On the next morning the driver took me and my sister to a new and very organised hospital, I was impressed of the rooms and of course the hospitality. Dr. Gurai arrived shortly, first time I see him I was shocked and barely could speak - this was the person after all I was thinking more than a month. We discussed my options and the way everything has been explained has shown a high professionalism into the person opposite. Originally I was for BA and BBL, after our discussion we decide to stay only with BA and liposuction. Shortly my results arrived and I just here that we are ready. From this point I almost do not remember anything, I remember that I was taking into the surgery room and I was talking something that I do not understand to myself luckily it last for couple of minutes and than I woke up, and again I slept, I remember Dr. Gurai coming to visit me and yes we were talking of the success of my surgery but I am not sure of how adequate I was to be honest. The nurse brought me a dinner but I just wanted to sleep it was on and off for me. I woke up the next morning, I had a nice breakfast, my sister stayed with me in the hospital in all the time. I did not had any issue with the hospital food, for me was tasty and rich. Many thanks to the nurse from my first night, unfortunately I do not remember the name but she was so helpful and coming to check me in all the time, indeed they do not speak English but we use again google translator and although the pain we had some fun too. After I returned to the hotel I had couple of post op check appointments, I knew in the price giving me was only one scheduled however I was not charged any extras.  Is been 7 weeks after my surgery and each day I am in love more and more with my results, It is indeed a long process but the changes are visible and becoming better each day. My first liposuction results on the waist started to be visible after the 4th week, I am still swollen and yet is drastic change. Dr. Gurai sculpt my body in a way I was dreaming to be, now I have a waist I feel great in my body and my boobs are perfect they continue to settle. I am wearing clothes that I could only dream to wear before. I had indeed my anxious times, especially when I return to UK, but I released that we just need to give time to the process.  Dr. Gurai will be always my choice with no doubt for anything I might need in future. I already have a lot of compliments from a friends that this hero is already recommended.  For all the women's that are in the beginning of they journey I would say - trust your doctor, make sure that you "speak the same language" and be realistic in your expectations, read and be prepared for the procedures you would like to make. "be realistic with your expectations was the core of our discussion with Dr. Gurai - honestly he definitely exceed my expectations far beyond.  Thank you Vanity Aesthetic Clinic - Istanbul and special thanks to Dr. Gurai and his team.

Pain is far less, some tension in my boobs but definitely not like the first days. Liposuction I cannot give any review now, it’s very swollen and I think I have build up again fluids on my lower back.

Just a small update of my healing process. Boobs are healing really good, every day I love my boobs more and more. Buy some new tops - with my boobs everything looks so nice on the body.
Liposuction is still a lot of swelling. My lymph collect fluids- this is normal. Dr Gurai now second time remove it, hope I’ll not have a need for third but just in case I’ll see him one more time before I return in UK. Very happy and I definitely choose the right doctor for me.
