Dr. Vial is the best surgeon for anyone looking in the PNW. He is so kind and compassionate. I consulted with 4 other surgeons before him. None of the other surgeons took any sort of measurements. They all just looked at my chest and gave me their best guess saying I could only fit about 250cc and that I should opt for above the muscle because it looks better on thin girls. After almost giving up I met with Dr. Vial. He took measurements with a caliper, stretched my skin with his hands, and measured other parts of my chest. He informed me based on reason, what would fit, and that my skin was just too thin to go above the muscle. He operates with such detail and never makes assumptions. 2 months post op and my breasts look wonderful. Following Dr Vial’s recommendations I did under the muscle placement with 325cc implants. I have so much self love and confidence now and it’s all thanks to Dr. Vial.

I think a lot of placement has to do with PS preference. Some are just more comfortable placing certain ways and don't deviate much from it. Looking good at 2 mpo. Continue to post updates when you can. Happy continued healing dear.

Wow! Those results look amazing. I live in Bend too & I had my eye on one local Dr. for my augmentation but he recently retired so I'm back in research mode again :). I have a few questions for you if you wouldn't mind answering them?
1) Were you able to see pictures of other augmentations Dr. Vial has done during your consult?
2) How much did you pay?

Hi! Yes Dr Vial showed me many photos of previous operations and what placements were done for those operations. I think price can vary a lot so I would recommend getting a consultation with him to be sure.
