Lacks Professional Ethics

First off, I chose to remain anonymous for privacy reasons. I'll post more pictures later. All the information provided here is real and honest.

I had a terrible experience with this "doctor" and feel obligated to share my story. This clinic is driven by greed, with no medical ethics or care for patients. I underwent breast augmentation surgery here, and the results were devastating.

The doctor is arrogant and dismissive. He claims to be the best, but his poor technique caused capsular contracture and nerve damage, leading to severe pain and ongoing complications. When I reported pain in my left breast from day one, he later claimed I had mentioned the right breast instead, trying to gaslight me. Thankfully, I had detailed personal notes to prove otherwise.

What's worse, when I requested my medical records, They have no records regarding the issue (left pain) I mentioned during each of my visits; they only have some memory of which side it was, which does not match my records or understanding.This is highly unethical and suggests an attempt to avoid accountability.

There were warning signs from the beginning. Scheduling was suspiciously fast, and they performed surgery without requiring proper medical insurance. This shows the clinic prioritizes profit over safety. His wife, who runs laser treatments, is also part of this family business, which seems focused on making money rather than helping patients.

The doctor frequently insults other professionals to make himself look better, but his lack of skill and integrity is obvious. He uses a few certificates to appear credible, but his actions and results tell a different story.

I strongly warn others, especially in the Chinese community, to stay away from this clinic. It's a greed-driven business with no regard for patients' well-being. Please find a trustworthy, ethical provider for your medical needs to avoid pain, frustration, and harm.
