I had the privilege of going to Dr. Simon Frank in Ottawa. From day one to my 1-month follow-up, he has been very friendly, knowledgeable, caring and polite.

Communication with the clinic has been amazing. From talking to the surgery coordinator to the nurses in recovery and the receptionist. They're always very quick to respond and answer all your questions and to book appointments.
The clinics very clean and this is coming from a person who works in a hospital and in an operating room.

The nursing staff that works in recovery are very knowledgeable and are kind and very caring. They don't rush you to get out. They take the time to explain everything to you about aftercare medications and what to expect.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is thinking of going for breast augmentation.
