I had the privilege of going to Dr. Simon Frank in Ottawa. From day one to my 1-month follow-up, he has been very friendly, knowledgeable, caring and polite. Communication with the clinic has been amazing. From talking to the surgery coordinator to the nurses in recovery and the receptionist. They're always very quick to respond and answer all your questions and to book appointments. The clinics very clean and this is coming from a person who works in a hospital and in an operating room. The nursing staff that works in recovery are very knowledgeable and are kind and very caring. They don't rush you to get out. They take the time to explain everything to you about aftercare medications and what to expect. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is thinking of going for breast augmentation.

This was my second procedure that I had done with Dr. Frank and he did not disappoint. Following my last c-section I was left with a horrible lopsided c-section scar. I sat with this scar, feeling bad about myself for 3 years before I finally decided to take the plunge. From the time I walked through the door at OPS it felt like family, all the staff, from the front desk to the nurses were absolutely amazing to deal with! I knew I made the right choice! I’m a few months post op now and have never felt better! If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate! He’s the only surgeon I will ever recommend from here on out!
