My Pre pregnancy boobs were prob 32a, but it didn’t bother me because they were at least perky . Fast forward to having 2 kids and breast feeding both of them I was left with sad deflated boobies . And I swore once I was done breast feeding Would get me some new decent looking boobies .
I went for a consult in April , was sized for 270 medium profile or 325 cc High profile .Booked my surgery June 11 then now 8 days post op .
I must say that the first 4 days Po was pretty tough ,I guess I just underestimated not being able to use my pec muscles , my arms , and I guess also not being able to do stuff on my own sucked . I also felt slight regret after ( pain , little sleep , anesthesia ) I started thinking why did I even do this to myself ? Plus my boobs looked so alien to me . I thought it was really hard .it was also my first time going through Surgery .
I have asymmetry before pregnancy , with the left being higher smaller , right lower/bigger , ( I dunno why I didn’t take before pictures ) My PS thought it wasn’t significant enough to use different size implants .I went with 325 cc high profile Natrelle cohesive under the muscle .
I can definitely see the significant asymmetry still . Especially wit clothes on . With the left side sitting higher and fuller than the right(lower and smaller now ) .Im hoping that with time as it drops and fluffs it will not be as obvious . I’m definitely trying to be as patient as I Can be , but feel slightly discouraged and I don’t love them yet . I see my PS in 2 weeks and hopefully by then it will improve .

Crazy how fast time flies , I have no pain on the right just discomfort mostly on the left , mostly in the mornings .and just some random shooting pains from my armpit . The left is still higher more projected but I believe that they have dropped since , just wish they’d dropped faster ! But they’re both pretty soft . Still a long ways to go but I think they’re improving

I remember them taking a little while to drop! Hang in there and soon, you’ll wish they were post surgery and up really high again! Haha. You look fantastic! Thanks for sharing your story!

I always hear that it takes some time for them to drop. But they look awesome so far!!

anyone still Feeling unhappy 3weeks post op ?
Modest8514July 4, 2019
I’m 3 weeks post op , and just feel so discouraged . Everyone’s post op pics looks so perfect already and I i just look lopsided ! I did have asymmetry to begin with . But now it seems that it’s quite significant after BA and obvious . My left(higher ) is still sitting high and then the right (Lower ) almost looks like it dropped already .
I saw surgeon yesterday and he said that the left breast is still pretty high , but it’s in the normal range . (. Nipple to fold distance ) and it just needs time to drop !
I understand patience is virtue , but how do people do it ??

Hi, yes I'm feeling unhappy. I'm experiencing a Similar issue as you. I am 7 weeks post op and my left is bigger than the right and hasn't dropped as quick as the right. It's making me so sad. I didn't start out like this and it's so noticeable to me.
Did it improve for you by this point? Would love to know how it's going for you.

Hang in there ! Patience is virtue they say .I would say bout 3 months they started evening out . Also I guess by then I stopped staring at them 10 million times a day , to nitpick too so it helped .

I too am dealing with the same issue. I'm only 17 days out so I'm trying to be patient, but to me the asymmetry is quite pronounced

It can be very hard and discouraging . I also kept looking at them so the asymmetry bothered me more . But stay positive and patient . It'll all be good and you will love them and enjoy them .
