I am scheduled for a breast augmentation on 10/16. I'm 36, 5'5, 122lbs and a small B / A. I have two kids (8 and 9) and won't be having anymore. I've been wanting to get my boobs done for as long as I can remember. Anytime I've mentioned that I wanted to do this, my friends and husband always tell me I don't need it and / or they like my boobs as they are. I decided earlier this year that I'm not listening to anyone else anymore and I'm doing it. My husband is now totally onboard because he knows this will help with my confidence. My preop is tomorrow. We'll decide on sizing, but I have a pretty good idea of what I want from obsessing over pics on Real Self. :) Before pics are attached.

Excited and obsessed with finding wish pics!

Wish pics are attached. I want to be a full C / small D. I'm thinking 325 to 385 ccs. I want a natural, not too big look, but I also don't want to go too small! Do you all think this would be a good number of cc's for the look I want?

Just as a guide I would see a Board Certified PS and discuss your end goals. Your results will vary based on bwd, skin elasticity, anatomy, stats and your PS surgical abilities. 300cc can look large on one person and small on another. Most tall ladies swallow up cc's and usually can handle bigger implants. Take wish pictures to your PS so they can understand the look you're going for. Look at their b&a photos as this may help too. Also on the Dr. Q&A forum they state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. I hope you found this information helpful. Good luck.

Preop done and size chosen - 2 more weeks!

I had my pre-op yesterday and met with Dr. Nathan for the first time in person. The consultation was virtual. Dr. Nathan is super down to earth and his staff is great!
We did the vectra imaging, which was super cool and I tried on a few sizes. We decided on 375 cc moderate profile, soft touch silicone. It was between 375 and 340. Both looked great, but I’ve read so much that you should go with the bigger option. Now I just hope they aren’t too big! Attached are the 3D images with my chosen size.

Hopefully they won't be too wide for you. They're good for those with wide spaced breasts trying to achieve cleavage. If you know the brand look up the spec sheet online. You can look at the cc's to see it's diameter and projection. Compare with your bwd to make sure it's a good fit. Mod's are wide with less projection. They are the next size up from low profile (rarely used). It will def give you a very natural look. As the Dr. say on the Q&A forum, for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Can't wait to follow your journey. Good luck.
