Breast Augmentation! I figured I would record my journey since everyone else's helped me so much

Hello! I figured I would record my journey since everyone else's helped me so much. :) I am 26 years old, 5'8'' and 120lbs. I wanted to go for a super natural look and something that would fit my tall and slender frame. My boyfriend and mom joined me at my second consultation. Couldn't decide between 255cc (my mom's vote) and 270cc (my boyfriend's vote lol). Eventually the nurse who was helping us suggested we flip a coin. Heads won (larger size). But on my way out, I told her I wanted the the smaller size! I was so indecisive and wondering if I chose ok, especially since they told me about the boob greed, but I felt more comfortable with that option. Even so, it wouldn't make too much of a difference anyway. Here are some before pictures of my boobs.

Here are some pictures from my day of surgery. Going under was a breeze! Didn't feel anything when I woke up, just giddiness because I had boobs! First few days were definitely hard, though. Mostly because I was so bored from having to recover in bed. The pain meds made me a bit moody too I think, as well as having to sleep sitting up.

Here are some pics from my 1 week post-op. Dr said they're falling nicely. Next post-op is in a month. Hoping they come together a bit more, though I've always had a wide sternum. Still experiencing the ups and downs, but I love waking up every day and remembering, "omg, I have boobs!!!" I also don't experience any "morning boob" or so I've read. Maybe because mine are smaller, or because I sleep mostly sitting up? (Propped against a lot of pillows with an airplane pillow)
