4 days post opt 650cc under the muscle High profile/ no lift

Hello ladies and Gents I'm coming back with another update on the girls, I'm felling waaaaaaay better and can finally lift both arms and I have no pain really, just stiffness and pressure in the morning. I've noticed my right breast underneath is numb and pretyb warm to the touch. Thses meds make me really sleepy lol I can barely write a review. I go to my first follow up appointment which is my first week post opt appointment on Thursday. I believe they will remove the original surgery bra I went home with on sx day. Hopefully they give me the ok to take a shower. Also I want to ask about working out on the treadmill ,such as speed walking. Also I want to see if they recommend a different bra, the one I have is cutting into my incision. Also ladies bloating, I look 8 months pregnant sheeshhh what can I take or do for my bloating to decrease. They're definitely still
sitting highh ....

The next morning ; 21 hours post opt

MedLine breathing tool

Ohhh my! Waking up this morning was very interesting. I had lots of pressure and stiffness. No burning sensations or painful
Feelings, just pressure and slightly aches. I'm on meds I can barely write this, that being said I will update some more later the. The Medline breathing tool they gave me is to help my lungs adapt with the implants'. I stopped a bad habit of smoking cigarettes for ` 2 weeks prior to sx and smoked for 10 years, so maybe you don't need this if you weren't a smoker. Or ,maybe you will. Ok I'ma sorry if this is sooo much but I'm here to spread some Knowledge, I'm very drowsy. Ok I'm going to sleep.e

I made it to the other Side 650cc under the muscle HP mentor round smooth????????

I've made it ladies and gents ro the other side and it feels great! Soo my last post I mentioned I was going to the pre-opt which was on the 6/23, at the appointment I got additional information on what I needed to do the night before and instructions on what pain reliever I needed to take before 12am which is the same time I had to stop eating food and drinking anything until after the surgery. I had to take 2 Tylenol extra strength PM (blue p.m font on box) to help me go to sleep and fight nervousness. I also had to take 2 Tylenol extra strength in the morning right before surgery, so I took them at 6 when I first woke up. My surgery was scheduled for 8am and took about 1-2 hours and I stayed an additional 1hr in recovery so they can make sure I was good to go. I had gotten 650 cc under the muscle, high profile, mentor round smooth implants. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LoVE THE LOCATION I WENT everyone in that office is Super nice, super genuine , VERY INFORMATIVE and KNOWLEDGEABLE, hands down Professional and great patient assistance. From my doctor I chose to the anesthesiologist, the nurses, front desk staff, the doctors assistant etc.. They knocked alllll that nervousness out (to piggy back on that)
The best thing for The ladies and gents that's going into surgery is to first have a
POSITIVE MINDSET/STATE going in. I go off of Vibes personally, and going into an elective surgery you NEED to FEEL COMFORTABLE with Every staff member that I mentioned prior to my experience that's in the building, also when you feel someone is being genuine concerns, great comfortability, reminders that are GENUINE [not trying to just take money] that's when it's the right place for you VS feeling like they're not listening, non-professional. Non personal, straight to the point, rushing ECT. I'm not trying to be friends but if a staff is about to put you "under the knife" you better form some type of a relationship ..my opinion but this is what makes GREAT OUTCOMES, Great results and a better understanding of recovery and what to expect. Soooooo now that is out of the way( Look I'm passionate). Prior to surgery I had filled my prescription at a pharmacy near by after my pre-opt appointment. So I had my med ready for to take as soon as surgery was over. When I first got there they had me fill out some paperwork, change into a hospital gown, hospital socks, hospital undies, and a hospital bonnet lol. And I had to take a urine test to confirm I wasn't pregnant. After that, (I couldn't pee, idk if I was just nervous or didn't drink enough water prior to the cutt off of water the night before. Soo I had an IV of fluids , at this time my doctor comes in , my nurse , the anesthesiologist and I believe 1 other nurse, I had filled out some more paperwork and Dr. Fredrick Watkins did my marking's and we went over what I wanted again to confirm my wishes and what he think was best but he listened and. Went with everything I wanted. I cannot stop praising these people. Ok anyway after that, I finally got my urine test in and is ready to go to the surgery room. The anesthesiologist explained everything that was going to happen ( not while) which is comforting also he reminded me that I Will be taken cared of, and Dr Watkins reinsured that I will see him "soon" and said " sleep Goodnight, well good morning " we all laughed and after that, I was out like "the switch challenge" and woke up with what I imagined and wanted ...they do look like Frankensteins boobs but they're my Frankenstein's boob. Which will drop.....Nowwww waking up though, no burning sensations, no hurting but it definitely was uncomfortable with pressure lots of pressure, ( like that famous elephant ) that's on your chest lol ..Now I do have a good amount of pain tolerance so maybe this helped and the the anesthesia helped as well because it's still in your system.Plus I had gotten medicine through the Iv. I was able to get up and walk around almost every 2 hours at home and meds is on point, they also gave me a medline breathing/lung exercise tool for me to get my lungs on the same page as the rest of body lol.....ok.... Fast forward I am going to stop rambling now ...I will update some more tomorrow. I'm currently 11-12 hours out of surgery, let's see how this sleep do me and how I wake up
I will attach some pictures of me after surgery, and I will also attach the breathing tool I was given as well the next day ...Alright xoxoxo
