10/10 Very Much Recommend

I am a little over a year post surgery and I STILL LOVE my implants to this day! They look very natural and I get compliments all of the time, Dr. Nelson is an amazing surgeon. I have not had any complications and could not have expected anything more when walking into this journey. If you are still deciding on a surgeon, stop here! Dr. Nelson listens and provides. I am not usually one to write reviews but I know how helpful real self was for me and I hope I can be that for someone else!

Hello I am 23 years old, 5' 5", and 135 lbs. Prior to surgery I was a small A cup, I received moderate profile, 375cc implant in my left and 405cc in my right.
Before picking my doctor I scrolled and searched through I swear hundreds of reviews and doctors, I had been told and seen so many horror stories so I was very nervous about being too quick to choose a doctor and not getting the results I had hoped for. I was also anxious about staying close to home because so many people had suggested I travel to other states for the best results. The reason I am writing the review is because Real Self was BY FAR the most helpful to me.
The doctor I ended up going with was Dr. Nelson Castillo. I booked my consultation via Real Self and was reached out to by Dr. Castillo's office within about a day. I went into the consultation with a long list of questions and concerns and Dr.Castillo generously and patiently answered every singe one. We went over the specifics of the look I was going for. My consultation was on 9/29 and I was able to book my surgery for 10/12. My mind was already made up prior to the consultation, it was really just about finding the right doctor and I felt confident in Dr. Castillo immediately after. It was just a gut feeling. (Its funny because I always used to see people say that on here and now I know what they mean)
Day of surgery, I went in feeling veryyyyy nervous. I was prepped for surgery by a very sweet nurse and then visited by the anesthesiologist and Dr. Castillo, they both explained details and answered any last minute questions.
I woke up in some pain and feeling super groggy. Dr. Castillo checked on me and answered home care questions and concerns for me and my mom who was taking care of me post-op. My scheduled surgery was for 11am, and I was home before the sun was down that day.
Following the surgery Dr. Castillo called to check in for the first few days and then emailed every day after. His bedside manners are unmatched! You can really tell he cares for every single one of his patients and what their specific wants are.
*Side Note: My mother got implants a while ago and she raved about how great her surgeon was, following my whole surgical experience even she was impressed at how great Dr. Castillo was, including how attentive he was post-op.
I forgot to mention, I had these two spots that were some sort of extra nipple that he was able to remove for me, as well as the two moles on either side of my rib cage. (Circled in before pic)
I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Castillo to anyone looking for a surgeon. I LOVE my implants, and he exceeded my expectations! I got exactly what I asked for. Something I stressed before the surgery is that I DID NOT want them to look fake or too big, I think the size we went with fits my body perfectly. Today marks 5 weeks post op, they are still dropping more and getting softer every day. I couldn't have asked for a better result!
