Implant removal, lollipop lift, lipo of flanks and fat grafting

Mom of 3, 5'5", 119 pounds 33 yr old.
Had Implants with doughnut lift 5 years ago. Decided they are too big and I wasn't happy with them for many reasons.
Athletic and active but I have stubborn fat in the flanks which would go away with heavy exercise. Yesterday I had the implants removed, full lift, and lipo of the love handles and back to transfer to the breast for slight volume. One day post up. Super excited to share my story.

Today is day 4 post op. Felling much better. Finally able to be more mobile. Worried bout final results of breast. As you can see there is tightness of the stitches are creating a divot. Hopefully it will correct itself. Lots of swelling and bruising still. We shall see...

Getting in my rest. Looks decent laying down. The steri strips don't look like they plan on coming off any time soon. I'm still concerned about the tightness of the scar and the depression it's creating in my breast line but at this point all I can do is wait. Will discuss with my doctor on Monday. What concerns me most is that I am unable to find even one example of similar looking vertical scar depressions anywhere in the internet. I've searched for days.
Overall I'm feeling much better. I was able to sleep on my side with minimum pain and returned to work yesterday. I spent most of the day today walking around. Have not taken any medication since yesterday afternoon. Bruising is beginning to yellow and fair.
