Implant Too High - Incision As Well

I am 3 weeks post op. I had 190cc Motiva Ergonomix Round implants put in, I chose a small implant size because I have very little breast tissue and didn’t want to end up seeing the implant outline through my skin.

Today I am worried because my left implant has been giving me lots of trouble since the beginning (more pain, more tightness, less mobility to the left arm) and today 22 days post op I’m noticing its just sitting so high. From the first day my left implant was higher than my right breast, perhaps there was some initial assymetry. Since alot of the swelling has gone down by now, today I took a good look and I’m noticing that the incision is higher by a few centimeters than the incision on the right side? Is this normal?
