Highly Recommend

I underwent a procedure with Dr Ngan 3 months ago, and I feel so blessed to have had her as my surgeon. Before seeing Dr Ngan, I had a consult with another surgeon, and within 5 minutes I wanted to run away. I was anxious for my initial consult with Dr Ngan, however as soon as I entered reception I was greeted with the warmest smiles, and the smiles continued upon meeting Dr Ngan. Dr Ngan thoroughly explained everything during our consult, and answered all my questions with warmth; empathy and patience and this was my experience the whole way through, pre and post surgery. After my surgery, I had some concerns and reception; nurse Cindy and Dr Ngan were extremely prompt at seeing me for a revision sooner then my scheduled one to put my mind at ease. I couldn’t recommend Dr Ngan and her team enough, and she was worth the wait!

Also Di the coordinator, made the hospital admission and paperwork completely seamless, all while looking like she’s ready to walk a runway every time see her,
