The doctor left a message for me today and told me that everything looks normal and I’m just splitting stitches! I’m 6 weeks PO and I had to finally take off my bra for an hour today because the pain from the split stitch was too intense! I love how they’re looking though! So happy so far! I posted a side by side from before my first surgery! Definitely have came quite a way!

Revision update!

6 weeks PO and I finally took the tape off! I have a few split stitches but hopefully they clear up soon! First pic in the upper left is at 4 weeks, second pic upper right is today at 6 weeks! Bottom right is with a shirt and bra on! I think they look so much better but these stitches hurt like crazy, and the one I posted has some puss coming out! I emailed the doctor a picture so hopefully it’s not infected! Also the lower/outer area of my right boob is super red along the scar line and super tender. Not sure if it’s more stitches splitting but it hurts pretty bad! Overall the revision itself was super easy, just these damn stitches! Hoping it doesn’t cause my vertical scar to get jacked up!

Had my revision on 11/9 so I am 1 week PO! This time around has been way easier. Way less pain! As far as how they look it’s hard to tell because the doctor put tape around them and I’m supposed to keep it on for 2 weeks!

Hiiii! So far so good! I just took the tape off for the first time today at 6 weeks PO, so it’s my first time really being able to actually see them! I tried to take a picture but the website keeps telling me the file size is too large?! I will try again this week to post a picture! My healing was going great but I have two stitches that are splitting and it’s pretty painful! Hopefully it clears up now that the stitch is out but I think having the tape on helped me not freak out as much as the first time! My boobs definitely feel closer together and more even then before! Hoping these stitches heal up quickly because they are soooo painful! Ugh!
