Goal Pic! My Boobs While Breastfeeding Last Year! 32 D

I used to be a 32D breastfeeding and before pregnancy! Now I’m a deflated B! Hoping I can skip a lift and just get back to this natural look! Not looking for anything super fake so I might have to opt out of the lift! Plus I’m not a fan of scars!

have you thought of either saline or silicone? personally I think silicone feels more natural

Yes I’m leaning towards silicone!

I think you will like silicone vs saline size and shape is very important consideration

Welcome to RS! It's an exciting journey your about to partake in. Here's a bit of info I found helpful along the way. Results vary based on bwd, skin elasticity, anatomy, stats and your PS surgical abilities. 300cc can look huge on one person and small on another. I recommend trying on sizers with a tight shirt to see exactly how they will look with your frame. Most Dr. on the Q&A forum state for every 150cc you "should" increase one cup. Let your Board Certified PS guide you as they have plenty of experience with implants. Sometimes when ladies try telling the PS what they think is best and not listening to his/her recommendations, it can end disastrous. Bring a few wish pictures to show the Dr. your end goal. Don't go by bra/cup size because all manufacturers have different sizing. Remember if going behind the muscle, you will lose about 10-15% from being compressed. The day after po, your boobs will look small from being compressed. Don't let that discourage you bc I was like what?!? But after d&f things get bigger & better! I hope this bit of information has helped you out. **I agree with a majority of the PS responses to your questions. I think going above the muscle with your thin deflated breasts will be a mistake. BA only enhances our current breasts and can not change our anatomy. I saw you asking a lot about double bubble, lifts, sagging etc. If you go with a larger heavier implant above, it will make you sag more over time. Lift scars heal rather nicely and turn light/whitish over time. The lift will make you perky again and still look natural.** Good luck and keep us updated.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your comment. I was trying to avoid the lift as much as possible but I think I’m finally accepting it!! If 10/10 surgeons recommend a lift I should probably get the lift! Plus I scar very lightly so I’m hoping that’s the case! I’m scheduled for a full anchor lift and 350-400cc silicone on 1/29!! I’m so excited!!

I’m starting to get so excited!! I keep going back and forth about lift vs no lift but I think I want to follow through and get the lift! I told the doctor anywhere from 350-400cc’s! I’m an empty b/c cup right now. I chose to do IV sedation and I’m kind of nervous about that too. So far the plastic surgery center in Sacramento has been amazing! I knew right away that I wanted to choose Dr. Yamahata to do my surgery. The office staff is so nice and they really made me feel taken care of. Dr. Y is unlike any surgeon I’ve met, he truly listens and makes me feel heard! Can't wait for my surgery!

Good luck! I had my lollipop lift with 350hp silicone placed under the muscle about 2 weeks ago. I was also a 32dd/ d Victoria's secret sizing when nursing- full heavy and saggy though. I went down to deflated 32b/ c afterwards with pretty wide space between. I wanted to be able to fill out those pretty 32D bras and I knew 32d was a size I could carry since I had that while nursing. I'm 5'0 and 98#, what are your stats? Right now it looks like I'm at a full 32d again, but am aware size may change with drop and fluff. Good luck!

Goal pic! 400cc HP.. I really want them closer together and round/full/upper pole! Hopefully this is possible!! My boobs have always been separated without a bra so it will be a miracle if they can look like this without a bra on!

Just so you can be realistic, a doctor can't really do much with where your breasts meet in the middle of your chest. So if you look at your boobs now, and look at the closest point between the two in the middle of your chest, that's where your new boobs will remain. So, this user, Npa20, if you look at her before picture, her breasts were already really close together. She has naturally close cleavage. And looking at her before and after results, you can see that her cleavage is still in the same place in both photos. So, where your cleavage is now, is where it will remain. That's not something you can really change. If you cut into that area, there's a high likelihood that the two separate pockets will communicate with each other and open up that space, creating symmastia, or uniboob.

I think your cleavage distance is really similar to mine if you'd like to look at my results and see how it would look with fuller, lifted breasts.

I hope this helps! I don't want to sound patronizing, I just don't want you to feel disappointed about your results because you weren't fully informed.
