6 weeks post op

I’m reaching my 6 weeks post op and they’re dropping and fluffing nicely. They’re so perky and I absolutely love them! I’m getting slight pain with arm movement as they’ve been limited the first 5 weeks but I’m slowly gaining that energy back to move them more and more.
My activities are now back to being normal as my doc says. Gradually start to go back to regular activities like lifting things and moving my arms above my ahead etc.

A few pics with clothes

Here’s a couple of pics with some bathing suits and clothes. I wish I had before pics to compare them in what I wore but I didn’t think to do that beforehand but there is 1000000% a difference lol

4 weeks post op

It’s currently January 5, and I am now 4 weeks post op. Overall the healing has been easy, the pain is almost not there anymore, but they do feel very tender and my nipples are still very sensitive. I did also get my period a few days ago so that could also be why they feel more tender. Around the sides towards my armpits is where it feels the most tender, towards the top is starting to soften up more as well as the sides and under my boob. The middle part feels very hard still. I sometimes get all anxious that they’re going to stay hard and not drop more compared to other peoples but I think I need to be patient and just remember that everyone heals differently! The scars also look pretty good and are right in the fold under my boob so it’ll be well hidden. I see my PS next Tuesday to start scar treatments and he mentions silicone strips which I’ve heard are really good with scars.
Here’s some progress pics that I’ve been taking just at random times I remember to take a picture!
