From the very beginning, communication with my advocate Deena was excellent. She took the time to call me, get to know me personally, and explain every step of the process. No question was too small—she answered them all and really helped put my mind at ease before I even stepped on the plane.

Dr. Murat Polat himself was incredibly honest and professional. He gave me clear recommendations based on what would be best for me and my body, which made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward.

I travelled to Turkey for the procedure and everything was handled so smoothly. I stayed in a beautiful 5-star hotel, had luxurious VIP transfers, and was well looked after throughout. The hospital itself was clean and professional—though I’ll admit, the food wasn’t my favourite (but I’m a picky eater, so that’s just me!).

The nurses who came to my hotel for dressing changes were lovely—really kind and attentive. I’m now four weeks post-op and my incisions are healing really well. The ones underneath are a little thicker than I’d hoped, but that’s more about how my body heals—it’s still early days. Importantly, I’ve had no open wounds and my recovery has been smoother than I expected.

What really stands out is the aftercare. Deena and the team have been in constant contact, checking in regularly and making sure I’m doing okay. That level of care and follow-up is rare, and it made all the difference.
