How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Breast Augmentation - 180cc - Aged 47 - Runner
After four years of 'thinking' and looking for the right surgeon I finally booked an augmentation with Paul Banwell for May 2024. Mr Banwell was great during the consultation and the numerous calls we had - he was everything I was looking for non judgmental and very clear on what was possible.
I am an avid runner - usually training 6/7 days a week so was very keen that the size was right, and not too big for my small frame and activity levels.
It's five days pre-op and I'm suddenly questioning my decision - why am i doing this? Why have I prioritised this? Right now I'm questioning why I decided to get this done.
I'm sharing this in case someone in the future has the same emotions. The opp will lead to 6 weeks off training - in retrospect my body may welcome the rest - but right now i'm questioning why and how I will cope with this.
Having fed three babies and lost a lot of body fat from running - my natural breasts are a shadow of what they were. Sharing before pics now.
I will update once on the other side.
