Find Yourself a Surgeon That is Also an Artist!

When Dr. Pautler was recommended to me, I didn't realize I'd be under the care of a plastic surgeon but also an artist. I am just shy of 3 most post-breast augmentation and Dr. Pautler delivered exactly what I wanted to achieve- my results are absolutely beautiful and better than I dared to hope. From the very first consultation, I felt comfortable. Dr. Pautler and everyone that works at her office were so kind and welcoming. I never felt rushed or like I had too many questions (and I had a ton!). Talking with Dr. Pautler made me feel very at ease about the procedure; she is so easy to talk to and so down to earth and approachable, yet brilliant and so very talented at what she does.

I was scared of going "too big", and didn't think I wanted to go over 385 moderate + implants. After discussing my goals and goal pics with Dr. Pautler and then her considering my height/weight/BWD, she suggested 400 ultra high profile cc's which sounded huge to me but I decided to trust her expertise- and I am SO happy I did! They are absolutely perfectly proportionate and exactly what I was hoping for. As I said earlier, Dr. Pautler clearly brings artistry to her surgical skills.
