I’m really happy with how they turned out/are turning out. The left is clearly a bit smaller and higher than the right, but it’s not so noticeable that others notice (I’ve asked!) Some pros and cons:
Pros:
1. They look so much more normal in clothes now. They aren’t sitting as high
2. I’ve really liked how they look in most pictures
3. A lot of shirts just fit better
4. I feel so much more feminine and sexy
Cons:
1. I still feel occasional pain and uncomfortable feelings - especially when lying on my side. It still feels too weird to lay on my stomach, which is unfortunate because I really want to get a massage!
2. They feel softer, but they aren’t as soft as I thought fake boobs would be. Maybe it’s because I got the gummy bear ones, which tend to be a bit firmer
3. I can’t do certain exercises like push-ups or a bridge without pain
4. Lying down on my back without a bra feels super uncomfortable, so I’ve been sleeping in one every night (which suckssss) it feels like the implants fall heavy into my armpits when I lie down without a supportive bra

4 Months Post Op
The picture shows before, 1 day post op, 1 month post op, and 4 months post op. I’m happy, but I wish my left breast matched my right more. The doctor said that symmetry looks good, though, so I’m not going to obsess! He said they may drop a tiny bit more.
3 Months Post Op
So my anticipated 3 month mark is today, and I am pretty happy. I say “pretty” because my left breast is clearly still a bit high and looks smaller, but I’m wondering if that is from previous asymmetry before the implants. I am hoping it drops a bit more like the other, though. It’s not noticeable in clothes. Some pros and cons so far:Pros:1. They are starting to feel more squishy! I don’t think they’ll ever feel like real boobs (not as malleable) but they jiggle a little if I jump. Yay! Haha2. I am working out again, but not how I used to yet. Mostly lower body. I could finally hold myself up in a push-up position today, though! No push-ups yet, as the implants still feel too heavy/tight.3. I am loving how they look in bras and clothes more and more. Initially they looked crazy lol4. I still get occasional pain, mostly in my right breast, but most of the pain is gone and the scars are healing nicely. I haven’t used any scar cream or anything but that’s because I don’t really care enough as the only person who is gunna see them is my future husbandCons:1. I literally cannot shave my armpits because my armpits are like awkwardly deep now! The razor doesn't fit in the crevice2. As most women, I sometimes wish I’d gone bigger, or that I would have gotten a bigger implant in my left breast so that they looked more even3. I can’t wear some of the shirts I used to wear without looking like I’m trying to show off my boobs4. Laying on my stomach is a no-go still. Feels too weird and even kinda hurts5. I miss going without a braI have a post op in one month, and I'm eager to hear what the doc thinks. Until then :)
