Finally getting new boobs

Hi all,
I am 29 with one child that I breastfed for 16months. I was a small C before I got pregnant but after the breastfeeding I am more like a deflated B, if that. So for my 30th birthday, I am treating myself to new boobs. I’ve gotten my medical clearance from my doc (I’m anemic) and my pre-op appointment is tomorrow. At my consultation, my PS Dr Brooke Seckel recommended 350 moderate silicone implants to get me back to a C / small D. But now I think I want some more fullness in the upper pole and a solid D, so I’m going to ask about bigger implants and the moderate plus profile. I still want them to look natural but don’t want to regret not getting them bigger. I’ll attach some wish boobs and show you guys where I’m starting from as well. My surgery is scheduled for March 27th! Wish me luck!

Got to the hospital a little late because of traffic. Pre op was a breeze. Didn't take anti anxiety meds the day before. Used the patch for nausea. Surgery was super quick like in and out. Tightness in my chest after and took two Percocet at the hospital in recovery. I went with 440 CC moderate plus extra mentor silicone gel implants.

Got the go ahead to shower today, they said everything went well and that the boobs look great. Time to relax and just let them heal :-) had to take a couple of the oxys today because i went to my appointment. Bouncy roads had me feeling like they were going to pop out of my chest. I held onto them for most of the car ride lol. Ive been taking my arnica and just waiting for the swelling to go down. They did say no icing for me. But i finally have something going on up top lol
