Finally Committed!

Almost at the 2 month mark and SO happy with my results!! Dr. Seckel and Dr. N did an incredible job. Both of my breasts are soft and feel so natural after doing all the massages that they told me to do. I can fully push my breasts together and for the first time ever have cleavage. My scars are healing well and you can barely see them. I still use scar gaurd twice a day, every day. I feel totally back to normal now and got the "ok" to wear cute bras now (ha!). I am so grateful for how amazing Dr. Seckel and Dr. N were.

It's almost been a full month and I am feeling back to normal! Im still super cautious about lifting my arms all the way up, I sleep on my back and am diligent about massages, Scar Guard and not wearing underwire bras. I haven't worked out yet but I will start doing lower body workouts within the next week. I couldn't be happier with my results. Sometimes I wish I went a little bigger but I think that may have made me appear chubby. Hopefully my recovery remains as good as it has been so far!

I am finally feeling almost back to normal! I'm no longer in much pain, although my scars are still a bit sore and when I wear any type of bra (bralette, sports bra, surgical bra) I need to put gauze over them for padding so the bra doesn't come in contact with the scars. I am still being super cautious and trying to keep my arms close to my body and not reach for anything high or lift anything heavy. Friday I get my stitches out, so I will update later this week!
