I am finally coming up on my surgery date! I have done a lot of research and I am going with a 430-455 high profile silicone gel. My worries were that it was going to look too big because I am very petite, 5 foot 2 inches and 110lbs. My natural breast is very small AA and I have had three children so they have lost their fullness in the top.
I’m pretty confident that this implant size will give me the outcome I am hoping for.
I will add some preop pictures and my wish pictures until after my surgery!

Boobs are done!!! I haven’t fully got to see them yet! I was wondering if anyone was nervous to take the bra off?? I’m kinda debating because idk if I can place it back on properly..
When I woke up from surgery I had a big pressure feeling on my chest and that’s about all the discomfit I’m feeling, no!!

I am good! Able to walk around like normal. Just don’t realize how much you use your chest muscle lol! I’m just high and tight which was expected. My doctor ended up doing 455 ultra high profile silicone gel

You will be happier and happier with them as the days go on! I’m 2 weeks post op of 450 cc high profile silicones and I’m feeling great!

Yes I love them I was never not happy, they were just super sore for almost 10 days
