This picture is a pic from Post Op Day 2. People have been very surprised that I haven't gotten major "franken boob" or major swelling. I have a 1 week post op appointment on Thursday to learn about massaging. Can't wait to see how they come out. Day 3 post Op, chest feels super tight. I've been putting shea butter on them and it's really been helping.

Wow - I totally agree. I can't believe how amazing they look at only day 2! When I saw the picture, I thought you were several weeks post op. Has most of your pain diminished at this point?

ORIGINAL POST

When you finally have big boobs..

So this is how my story begins. I've been looking into breast implants for a while now and I finally made my ultimate decision when my "breast friend" decided that she wanted hers done as well. My journey started out with many consultations, research on real self & youtube videos and even Facebook boobie groups. The day of my surgery, I was super nervous and excited at the same time. Checked in got into my gown, they asked me lots of questions about allergies to my past history and other medical questions. Dr. Godek was there as well marking the lines on my body for the procedure. When the initiated the anesthesia HOLY S***. I was laying down and the last thing I remember was my vision getting blurry and me saying: "wow, I'm really starting to feel thisssss...." then the next minute I know, I'm awake and I feel like I've been hit by a train haha. I've read multiple reviews where many girls have no pain when waking up but I was the complete opposite. It was very hard to walk and I really had to pee too. The first night was horrible. I will describe the feeling of my pain as getting jumped and getting kicked in the back and the chest a million times. It was absolutely terrible. Thank god I had a friend to guide me through the pain and lift me up when I needed to get up to use the bathroom. The first day I also had a giant Ace bandage looking bandeau on my chest that made everything hurt so bad. The bandage was wrapped around my chest so tightly that it made it hard to breathe and was super itchy. The following day, Post Op day 1, my breast friend drove me to Dr.Godek's office and it felt like heaven when the bandage was removed. I really liked how multiple sports bras were provided to me by Dr.Godek along with a tumbler, pens, and other information for me to take home. I've read reviews and different experiences where the patients have to go out and buy their own sports bras which made me feel like appreciative that I didn't have to worry about picking out sports bras before my surgery. Throughout the entire experience, Dr. Godek & his staff were very accommodating and friendly. Out of all the consultations that I have been to, I rate Dr. Godek & his staff #1. Everything went perfect and smoothly. I'm am currently on Post Op day 2 right now feeling much better taking percocets and drinking lots of water. Little nausea but it should clear up by the end of the day!
