1 Round of Fat Transfer then Silicone Implants
JbheriFebruary 14, 2022
WORTH IT$7,150
I had a round of fat transfer to my breasts (see other review) and instead of a second transfer round I decided to get implants.
My reason for this is I started going back to the gym more regularly for yoga, pilates and walking and I lost an inch in my breasts. I didn't want to spend the money for another transfer just to have that happen again. Especially since I would only realistically be able to transfer 150cc to each breast. If I had more fat, (250-300cc/breast) I definitely would have gone the transfer route.
I'm so far happy with my implants. I am eager for the drop so I know what the final look will be.
Cons:
Not being able to use my arms and exercise
The surgical/sports bras
I have had way more pain in my breasts than the fat transfer. There have been mornings I woke up crying and I have a high pain tolerance.
Pros:
The size of my breasts will be more consistant and I don't have to worry about loss via exercise.
Confidence
Besides the breast pain I am not having to recover from lipo at the same time.

The first couple days of recovery were fine. After the anesthesia wore off I was in quite a bit of pain and had to take pain meds and Valium around the clock or I would wake up in the night whimpering. Now I'm only taking Tylenol and ibuprofen with the occasional Valium if my breasts feel like they are burning.
I had numbness in my right breast and nipple which has resolved and now both nipples are hyper sensitive! The right side has started to drop, my left side is still high. I still get "zings" in both breasts but mostly my right. Maybe because it's my dominant hand?
According to the tape measure right now I'm a 36D.

Happy so far! Cleared to start gentle massage (aka squishing).
I still can't use my arms too much without being in pain the next day. It mostly hurts in my shoulders/armpits and my breast bone. Taking Tylenol 1000mg every 8 hours and alternating with ibuprofen at least once per day.
I'm going to start Mederma on my scars and I have a complementary laser treatment for them in April.
