Breast augmentation - ruined my self esteem

Atul Kesarwani destroyed my body in a fat transfer procedure about 8 years ago. He was nice in our meeting but didn't listen. He put so much fat that it was like a hard balloon sitting in my chest. Yellow fat leaked from my skin and I was in so much pain I couldn't move. He performed lipo on my legs and stomach... leaving my legs assymetrical and an indentation on my stomach. He injected too much fat for it to survive... leaving me with fat necrosis in both breasts. That means multiple hard lumps, 2 the size of golf balls. He tried to fix them with follow up surgery but was not skilled enough to fix the problem. I went to see him years later and he treated me like a legal matter. It has ruined my self esteem and to this day I still feel destroyed. I regret fat transfer as the biggest mistake of my life. I've met other surgeons who were more skilled and honest. They have told me that the amount injected is important for survival. They helped remove the lumps, but ultimately I'm left without breasts and I just have scars. I don't recommend this doctor. I don't recommend fat transfer to anyone.
