Almost one year post op.
WORTH IT$5,495
My doctor did exactly what I wanted. I just wish I’d known exactly what I really wanted. My breasts are much nicer now and I’m happy with the results. If I could do it over again I would try to correct the asymmetry in my breasts and go for a higher profile to get some cleavage. I absolutely do not regret the augmentation!

My implants continue to change. They seem to keep dropping and softening which is what they’re supposed to do. I don’t go back for a follow up until May 25. I think the incisions are still tender, but that could all be in my head. The scars are flat, you can’t even feel them so that’s awesome. am experiencing boob envy. I did 415 in each side and although I know my boobs are distorted, not twins but I think the asymmetry is more noticeable now. I don’t have the cleavage I’d like either. Maybe I should have gone extra high profile. If I could change it now I’d do 445 and 460 or 475 in the smaller one. My husband disagrees; he says they look amazing and are sexy and perfect. I’d LOVE to hear my RealSelf sisters’ thoughts.

Hi! Congrats on your new boobies! I think they look great. I don’t see asymmetry and the incisions look barely visible. You should be very happy with your results. I have surgery tomorrow:) did you go under or over the muscle?

Long recovery, I’m anxious to work out again. Other than that, I’m pretty happy!

Had my 6 week check up yesterday. Dr. A said everything looks as it should. My implants are a good shape, I have good volume and they are settling nicely. My scars are nice and flat and I am doing a good job of keeping them covered while tanning. Although he did say to STOP tanning, he’s at least glad I’m protecting my incisions.

Nice! I have my preop tomorrow and you and I look very similar in build. He wanted to do above the muscle and I really want under. So I think that's what I'm going to tell him.
Why does he want to do over the muscle?
