I recently (7/9) got a Breast augmentation exchange. I went from saline unders moderate profile in 450cc to the same in 700cc. Thinking this would make a noticeable difference, I was set on that size. They are wider but hardly anything else. I feel really disappointed and ashamed that I spent that much money a second time not to receive drastic results. Can anyone tell me if you've experienced this same issue or if it's all in my head? Before and after pics attached.

I can understand your disappointment, however you are still very early in your recovery and if your implants are under the muscle which they appear to be, they need time to "drop and fluff". During the time you are waiting, try your best to appreciate the fact that your surgery was without complication and that the shape of your breasts (before and after) are very nice. IMO, they look very natural and not overly "done". I believe you will have more information upon which to make your assessment as to whether or not your money could have been better spent in the weeks and months to come.

I feel your pain. I had my 2nd ba 6/22/18 went from 575cc silicone utm to 720cc saline mod profile+. I’m not happy with it. I thought I would be a lot bigger, Fuller and rounder. I’m thinking another revision is in my future. Good luck with our results;)
I’m the same... I’m now 550cc after 2nd augmentation.
How long (if you get the 3rd revision) will you wait between operations? I’m seriously considering/wanting to go bigger.
Hello, I know exactly how you feel. I’ve just had an implant revision. From approx 375cc (unsure as first augmentation was 20 yrs ago) to a 550cc.
Both over muscle.
I was a small C prior - and now I’m a ‘full’ C. I was hoping to get a full D, even a DD.
Whilst I appreciate the surgeon has done an awesome job; shape, scar etc - I’m disappointed as I wanted to be bigger.
My breast revision was only done 1 month ago - but I’m already wondering if 1. I can
afford another surgery and 2. Was thinking about 700cc like you.
But now I’m confused as your breast look the similar size before/after. (They do look beautiful though... but I can totally understand your disappointment.
I think they look great and natural. Ull have a great result in like 3 months. My previous started looking good after the 5th year of having them LOL. But yea Idk if thats the look you had in mind, like the natural look. I got 700 this time (from 550) but i now wanted 750 at least just to have a smaller gap, but i have major tenting and theyre UHP and subglandular so :/ gotta be content.
