I did it! Eeek 32DD deflated prior

Naturally always had big breast for my frame. Like 34D/DD when I graduated HS. The main being nice perky balls naturally (probably thanks to the fiber cystic breast tissue. Anyway, fast forward to 35 years old and having nursed 2 sweet babies for over 2 1/2 years combined, they were empty! I thought sure I'd need a lift but 2/3 doctors said no my nipple placement, size were great still. I only felt sagging because top was all gone. I ended up follow my surgeons advice because to be honest he was so confident and spend time with my husband and I to ease nervous and reassurance he was right but he was very admitted that he do a wide high profile implant behind muscle and restore them beautifully. I was so so scared I would be massive because I see people taking on her about ccs and the rule of thumb 200 adds cup. Wait, I'm a 32 DD - double deflated I guess. lol so I was so scared but the surgeon made me feel better and this morning I went through with it. His detail to my care, is 100% why I'm doing as good as I am, I'm positive. The meds pre-op, operative care, post care so far just excellent. I feel big but hello they are full again and swollen. I can't see the real reveal till Wed but here's a night before pic and this evening pictures. I'll post more as I go on. Hoping this will help someone else. It's SO hard to find people who had big boobs and then are left deflated not needing a lift. Or finding someone not wanting a lot bigger than what was left.
