My pre-op photo! I went from an A cup to a DD cup
WORTH IT$7,000
I found my pre op photo! Wow what a difference, I was soo small. This is a side by side of my pre-op photo, my 450cc Saline moderate profile implants, and to my current 650cc silicone implants. I know size is the hardest decision to make so I hope this helps! When I was 450cc I wore a 34C or 32D bra. 650cc implants brought me to a 34DD. Btw my all time favorite bra is the strapless sticky bras that hook in the front from target. I have been wearing these daily for over 10 years now, no back or shoulder pain they are the best! I will attach a photo as well..

I found my photos from my first surgery. Heres my 2008 - 2020 experience with breast augmentation 450cc to 605cc
Here is my first breast augmentation and a pre-op photo. I got Saline implants, submuscular, moderate profile, transumbilical, Left-465cc Right-450cc.
My breasts grew while pregnant with my son in 2007, and more so from breastfeeding. I really liked how my clothes fit and felt sexier, but once I stopped breastfeeding my breasts deflated. I started researching and used sites like this one to find my Dr, and hear about other peoples experience and it helped me a lot. So here's my story :
I felt fine after surgery, no nausea, but my throat had a gross taste from the tube during surgery. The ride home was rough, I groaned with every pothole and bump we hit. Because I went through the belly button it was very difficult to get up from laying down and it hurt to sit or bend over. So I peed into a cup for the first few days so that I didn't have to crouch over a toilet! My stomach hurt more than my breasts. I was happy to have no scar but it would've been much easier through the nipple. I was pretty much sleeping and taking pain meds for the first week. I massaged massaged massaged and they became softer and softer. They fully dropped about a month in. Another surprise for me was how much better sex was with boobs, it definitely turned it up a few notches.
Fast forward to 2020:
My left breast began to droop, I could feel the bag when on my side and the sides of my breasts were rippling a lot. I decided to get them re-done. Many Drs were suggesting a lift but I didn't want any scars. I went to a consultation with Dr. Kim (who did my first augmentation) but he is expensive because he's in Beverly Hills and I didn't really want to pay the premium price. Well, he ended up giving me a discount for being a return patient so I felt much more comfortable going with him and booked the surgery for a month later. Dr. Kim is very cool and calm and knows exactly what to do and what size would look good for your frame. I said I wanted to be a full D cup, and he suggested I get the high profile and internal stitches to lift the drooping breast. He doesn't go by cc's - you tell him the size you want to be then during surgery he will use a sizer implant to see which size you need to achieve the cup size you are looking for.
I went in on surgery day and ended up waiting a couple of hours in their office. The nurse conversed with me while we waited and I had a nice warm heater to keep my comfortable in my hospital gown. I wasn't as nervous as my first surgery, but it was still a little scary. I asked the anesthesiologist for so meds to relax me, and he gave them to me :) I eventually went back and laid on the operation table/bed, and knocked out. Afterward, I woke up and got dressed soon after, I felt great it was a breeze. I slept the entire hour ride home. The recovery was shockingly easy the second time around. I still needed help getting up from laying down, and had my boyfriend take care of my meals and everything. Unfortunately, a small area under my left breast and a bit of my left areola became numb after this surgery, I wasn't expecting that and it made me a little sad. I have some friends that both their nipples are completely numb though, so at least that didn't happen :/ I don't think I would do anything differently. If you goto a reputable Dr. you shouldn't have much to worry about. I always tell my friends that are thinking about getting breast augmentation that it was the best investment I've ever made. It gives you confidence and that is money well spent.

Squish video
Someone requested a squish video so here it is. This is one year and 3 months post op. I had my saline implants replaced with 605cc silicone implants. There were no complications, they dropped within a week since it was my second augmentation.

You look incredible! Such natural movement!!!

Did you have them on top or under the
Muscle.. I am still trying to decide what to do.. I had one consultation and he wants to do under them muscle and it my first time to have this done.. not sure if I should get saline on top of the
Muscle or the gel kind under or on top.. I’m not going anymore and really need them fixed trying to decide what to do

June 12, 2020
100% get them under the muscle. If you can afford silicone get silicone, they will last longer before needing replacement

June 11, 2020
Never mind you already answered the question to someone else.. sorry

Weird. You may want to reconsider your dr! It should almost always be placed under the muscle and I would second guess a dr that said anything different. Make sure he is board certified and others are satisfied with their results. Good luck
