3rd Breast Augmentation Downsizing from 410cc to 270 Cc No Lift

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my story as when I was looking for people going through similar I could find very little!

In 2014 I had a BA with 295cc anatomical HP (we originally agreed on 310 but he could not fit those in).

Revision just under a year later in 2015 to 410cc anatomical XHP to attempt to fix the gap in between them.

10 years on , now I am in a professional role, no longer a student wearing little tops/gym stuff/ stretchy dresses I have been finding it hard to get things that fit larger boobs with a petite frame, especially as I feel the implants are under my armpit thus they tend to stretch any tops out causing them to gape or I have a lot of side boob , which just isn't me anymore etc

On Friday I had a 3rd surgery, removing the 410 XHP swapping for 270 tall, moderate plus profile anatomical with NO LIFT as I didn't want the scarring nor the cost, plus being relatively young my surgeon was unsure I would need one but may want one in the future.
