Botched boob job - miserable with my results after 6 months

I had researched doctors for two years and felt so confident in Dr. Barrett being my surgeon. I listened to his podcasts, was into all the natural remedies he provided for healing, and was totally secure in spending $15,000 for a breast augmentation and lift of my nipples as well as an areola reduction, which he said I needed to get the results I wanted. Well, 6 months later I am miserable with my results. I have a "double bubble" because Dr. Barrett didn't expand my breast tissue enough and the implant is now traveling down my chest cavity creating this deformity, which is only getting worse with time and gravity. The scarring around my nipples is awful and creates a ripple effect. The areola reduction on the left boob is puffy and the stitching is hard as a rock, whereas the stitch on my right nipple actually broke inside my body and now this nipple is twice as large as the left one. Mind you, I was never informed that any of this was a possibility with my surgery. When I showed Dr. Barrett my inspo photos for the results I wanted, him and his nurses assured me that I could achieve that with absolutely no problem. Never was I told I could have a "double bubble" (look it up if you don't know what it is, I never even knew this was a possibility until I literally had it) and that the areola reduction could create a puffy nipple or the stitch could break and leave the other nipple twice as large. This is truly botched, and when I went to see Dr. Barrett to explain all of this to him, in tears, the only thing he could offer me was another surgery which would cost me another $9,000! Absolutely insane since I had already spent so much money, more money than I ever thought I needed to but I trusted that Dr. Barrett would get me the results I wanted with no complications for $15,000. Now I feel so hopeless and back to square one, having to consult with other doctors and spend even more money to get a revision. The whole situation has left me so depressed and upset, so I honestly would recommend going to somebody else, there are tons of other plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills, this man is not the one. Trust me, I would do anything to go back in time and never have this surgery done. Plus, the office waiting time is always 1+ hours when you have an appointment even when you're 1 week out of surgery, sitting there for an hour waiting in pain is literally the worst thing in the world.
