Really Disappointed in the Results

I had a really painful hematoma a day or two after surgery on my right breast, came in for a post op and he said it would go away on its own. The opening on the right breast opened a lot when the first pair of stitches were removed and I was told to just put antibiotic ointment on it. I flew in for a 4 month post op where I was supposed to see the surgeon but he was on vacation, so I saw a nurse instead who couldn’t answer any of my questions. I believe the doctor could have caught the capsular contraction early on that day instead of way later. It’s been almost 6 months post op and beside the obvious capsular contraction symptoms I am still not satisfied with my left breast which is supposed to be the “good” one. It clearly lacks volume and has no cleavage despite making it clear this is what I wanted. I asked for 300 ccs and the doctor only went to 270. I look botched and I am embarrassed to go out in public without wearing a bra. I feel like I have to wear a push up for my left breast to make it look like I have a left boob in comparison. I understand the limitations in my anatomy however I think the surgery could have gone so much better and the doctor should have listened to my wishes. I trusted this surgeon bc he claims his rates of complications are so low. I have been left still feeling insecure and very emotional about putting myself through this surgery only to be devastated by the result
